I hired Bella floors and Stairs for a major project at our home. Cesar was excellent to deal with in the weeks leading up and during our renovation. Very well organized and a great communicator, answered all of our questions well. They spent 4.5 days at our house and kept things clean, removed garbage timely, took care of every detail possible. They really enjoy their work and do an excellent job. I highly recommend Bella Floor and Stairs to anyone out there that wants to do floors or Stair work! I'm very happy with my decision to go with them.

I had new vinyl flooring put in this past spring and I must say Cesar and Christian did an amazing job. They were punctual, reliable and very detailed in their work. After the amazing flooring job I decided to change main floor baseboards and then a new stairway railing too. I will definitely have them in the future for more renovations and definitely have and will recommend them to others.Keep up the great work guys!!

Cesar and his team are absolutely phenomenal!!. Extremely hardworking, honest and they have great attention to detail. They are very clean and organized and ensured each evening after finishing for the day, would clean up any remaining dust/mess. Did all the cutting outside as well. My husband and I recently bought a house and decided to renovate as nothing had been updated in over 30 years. We had a lot of trades in but Cesar and his team were our favourite. They were honest, reliable, fun, and most importantly did an excellent job. Although we renovated the entire house everyone (including trades) comment on how good of a job Cesar did. The stairs are one of my favourite parts of our new house. Thank you Cesar!

First of all I usually never take the time to write reviews but I feel that this is absolutely needed. Over the last 15 years I have dealt with various contractors and my expectations were that issues and delays are normal. Cesar and his team blew away my expectations in EVERY single way. Cesar and his team first redid my floors in a condo I purchased and let me tell you that he walked though every single step. He came to my condo to take the measurements and arrived 10 mins early (which I have rarely experienced with any contractor) He gave me suggestions on what flooring I should chose and took the time to even help me chose which flooring would suit my condo. I told him I had someone to come paint the unit so I needed the floors done ASAP and he suggested that they paint first that way the new floors would not get ruined. (The painter knew that I was getting new floors but never even recommended this to me). On the day Cesar came with his team he completed the flooring in one day and the craftsmanship was 1000000%!!!! The floors looked absolutely stunning. And the best part was his quote was the lowest quote by far out of 7 contractors I contacted. Fast forward to a few months ago and I didn't hesitate to contact Cesar to do the flooring in my house. I still shopped around for the best price and Cesar was by far once again the best quote I got. He came with his team and once again blew me away with the punctuality, quality of work, his help to choose the best floor and the price came in under my budget which I am not used to.
