New company that took over messed up a good service no wonder ER are over run 2 months for appointments and than the appointment runs behind by 1 hour walk in are 5 hour wait. Feel sad for the employee they worked hard but not helpful system and short staffed

I just finished my blood work today. I encounter a very terrible service from ASMA in the lab, I was very polite to her and address that I have needle phobia, I felt ignored. she poke my right arm 1 time and to my left arm 3 consecutive times without concern , carelessly and complained that my vein are small. She couldnt get the blood so she call a help to GEL, A very nice person . She saw me crying in the room , she saw my poked arm still bleeding and she grabbed me an ice packed and very gentle search for vein to make the work done. She reported it to the team leader and ask me to wait in the room so that I can file an incident report. After few minutes ASMA check my arm and force me to strech it , the exact question she repeatedly ask me is Your arm is not painful right? ". Even she saw my arm turned purple she returned the cotton and tape

TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE PEOPLE.A person named Alan, a tall guy, with short black hair that wears glasses attended us today 2:30 in Alberta Precision Laboratories in Marlborough Way NE, Calgary Alberta. He told us that the WAITING TIME was 3hrs, that they close at 3pm, but that they will continue attending people despite the fact they close at 3pm. He said there were 44 people before us and that is why we have to wait 3 hrs, he said in around 3 hours we would receive a text message saying we have 10 min to check in with him. So, we decided to go home and eat something, we were just arriving home and we received the message, it was only 20min after leaving the front desk. We came back and the same guy was telling 3 more families “sorry”, but their 10 minutes waiting time had expired, so he won’t attend anybody more because it is 3pm and he needs to close”. I told him he told us that it was a 3 hours waiting time. First, he denied having said that and then he admitted it. People were very upset and sad, there was an elderly couple in a wheelchair that was complaining about the same, they were very sad, he didn’t care!!!! He did this to 4 families!!!! and when I asked him for a number to complain about this he said “yeah, you better do so” and then on purpose he gave me a wrong number. Another lady that worked there gave us this email and told us his name.I think he gave the wrong information to everyone, so we don’t arrive on time and he doesn’t have to attend us. He was very rude and arrogant. He doesn’t care about how important and urgent it is for families to get the tests done. He was very indifferent and he acts like we cannot do nothing about it.I think something should be done and this guy shouldn’t be working for you or interacting with people at the front desk. It was a terrible experience for everyone and it I was pretty obvios he has been doing this for long time because he acts like it doesn’t matter if we complaint.

Attended on March 16/23 and was served by Elaine she was professional and did a good job. However, the wait time with an appointment is unacceptable. Close to 45 mins...walk-ins were being told 2-2.5 hrs. My question is why are there so many walk-ins accepted when clearly you do not have the capacity to serve? Oddly walk ins appear to be prioritized and if I ventured to guess at least 70% of people who checked in did not have an appointment. Very poorly managed lab and this is an ongoing issue from my experience.Dynalife needs to do better.

I brought my children to their appointment and we had to wait almost 2 hours to be called, i had booked their appointment 3 weeks in advance and this is the terrible service we received . Some of the staff very rude, i even saw empty rooms while i was waiting more than half an hour to get their exam, some of the staff were just talking to each other at the back, so not working. Why are they even working if they aren't doing their job .Why they even get paid for their terrible service. Why this is happening to our country, why the health system is getting bad? Im concern for our future and our children's. Very bad place to get blood work done! Very bad experience as i had appointment and we waited almost 2 hours. Please hire some good people who actually enjoy their work.

Booking system.... 0 StarsAbsolutely a mess for Walk-in wait times for a simple blood test even when arriving early in the morning... I was there for 2 hours in the waiting area and another hour in the room...walk-in was the only option because online appointments were booked until the end of May 2023....Staff... 5 stars - every one of them deserves it they were all amazing !!They kept smiling the whole time!

Front desk staff are rude and short with clients. I had an appointment and was called 40 minute's after my appointment just to hand them my req. Then called again in another 10 mins. Very poor system. There has to be a better way.

I went in at 7:30 am on Saturday and was out at 8:30 am. Staffs were friendly and work efficiently. The environment seems clean and organized. The only down side is the waiting room is quite small.

This place is a joke! Even if you have an appointment they can't get you in on time. Even when you check in 35 mins early for your appointment. They don't have enough seats in the room, people were waiting in the hall. It's ridiculous! The staff is rude and they under estimate the wait time! EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! DON'T COME HERE IF YOU HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO IN YOUR DAY!

Google Maps will take you close to the correct entrance. Go into Mall Entrance 5. As soon as you walk into the mall, please immediately turn right and walk into Marlborough Professional Building. Take the elevator to the fourth floor. They have free masks if you forgot to bring one, and it's free parking because of the mall. See attached photos!Had a wonderful experience here, with friendly staff that were very accommodating to my elderly parents. We all had appointments, which helps tremendously, and the staff were very efficient.My thanks to a great team!
