This is the best DMV place I have ever been to. Moving from Ontario and dealing with Service Ontario, I would pick here over there anyway.Super friendly staff, easy to deal with, and clear rules for registering things. At least from what I’m used too.

Wait times not acceptable. I was robbed of more than an hour of my day. 8 empty counters at any given time. Efficiency needs improvement

Covid restrictions abound in here. The staff isn’t perfect, so make sure you check everything. The waits are long as well. We registered two vehicles, which took almost 45 minutes after we made it to the staff. Then we left only to realise that they had completely spelled the surname wrong, and had to drive back and wait again to get everything corrected, which took almost as long. I was a little surprised that correcting a name would take so long, and we got a lecture for not noticing it, instead of an apology for them creating incorrect documents in the first place. I accept responsibility for not noticing, but would hope they would take some responsibility for making the mistake as well.

It was a very quick visit, we got alot done. The person that took care of us was amazing and so pleasant and helpful. VERY GOOD SERVICE!

Nobody is racist. That's just what middle eastern people say when they don't understand basic instructions lol. It's Access NS you're gonna wait a minimum of 30 mins.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Wait times are not their fault. I'm very pleased with the service. Well organized.

The worst place to get a road test if you are not white, wearing a head cover, Or if we don’t speak perfect English. Also, don’t bother complaining because the person who call you back is the same. They need to hire younger people and get rid off the seniors as I don’t think they believe in diversity.

New to the province. Made an appointment ahead of time. As we walked in my number was shown at a window. Took a bit explaining that we just moved, but registering a vehicle went quickly.

Lots of people coming but, lots of people on desks too. Be prepared to wait at least 30mins thou. Friendly and helpful staff. Very well organized during COVID-19, 2m distance is being enforced respectfully. Well cleaned too, good washrooms.

The staff here does a good job. I dealt with them perhaps a handful of times in the last 6 years. I was never mistreated and never saw disrespectful behavior. It can get busy and slow at times but generally good service standards.
