This is a great family owned store that's been in business for generations. Top quality women's shoes and boots. The best selection of shoe care products anywhere. One of the most knowledgeable staffs anywhere. I highly recommend visiting this store.

I had to make a point of paying the owner a well deserved compliment. However, not yet a client, the owner was not only very welcoming, he was right out helpful. He suggested an easy way for us to save a pair of boots without yet using his service and it worked! Thank you for your professionalism.

Travail minutieux, il connaît son métier. J'ai eu de la difficulté à faire confiance à un autre cordonnier après l'expérience que j'ai eue avec un autre cordonnier, mais il a corrigé le mauvais travail qui a été effectué par le premier cordonnier. Je suis vraiment satisfaite, j'y retournerais si j'ai d'autres bottes.

Went as one of the shoe was a little discoloured. Asked if they can dye the shoe to match. The lady at the counter said no problem, that it might not be exact, but very close. Also said it's about in the $10.00.3 days later I pick the shoes to only notice that nothing was done to them, except a little shinier. ( which taking in consideration that these shoes are brand new) unfortunately the store I bought from had placed of the shoe exposed to the sun. Anyways they charged $5.75 for shining a pair of shoes that didn't need it. Trying to figure it out ????
