Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Windsor

Fully renovated suits with a touch of luxury. Amazing breakfast, especially the french Toast, I can eat that again and again with the burger. Really nice spending another night there

Friendly and helpful staff. Large lounge and breakfast area. Not all rooms have a fridge. Was surprised with the small TV. Clean and comfortable, just more basic than expected for an off Hilton brand. Not a bad location as right down the main drag from the border and university. Lots of food and grocery options in near area.

The rooms are nice, service pretty good as well. The pool and hot tub were also good. Only downside was the lackluster gym.

I had to stay for the night by not getting over the ambassador bridge due to some personal issues. Anyway the young lady greeted me and took care of getting me checked in. The inside of the room was really nice and very clean. Shower was even nicer. I didn't take any photos but it was perfect. Didn't stay for breakfast due to having to leave in a hurry. Looks like a good morning for those who can take advantage.

The rooms are small. The upholstered chair at the desk had multiple stains, including a gross stain on the seat of it. The shower had next to no water pressure and there was one temperature of water, scalding. Would call front desk often and there would be no answer. Requested more towels and did not get them. On a positive note, the breakfast is decent and the pool appears to be well maintained. Would recommend you pick one of the other hotels in the area.

Love this place and have been staying here for years now. Always clean. Great options at breakfast, they just need to improve their coffee. Love how they always have hot water available in the lobby!

The room smelled bad and also the carpet was all stained. On requesting a room change the receptionist just said that those are stains and nothing is wrong. Very disappointed with the brand and for the price I paid I expected better quality. Never again booking here!

The hotel and location were great for what we wanted. There is a view of the Ambassador Bridge from the hallway window. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

So I've stayed at a bunch of hotels owned by Hilton, but let me tell you, Hampton Inn and Suites Windsor is where it's at! The front desk crew was so friendly, always saying hi when we walked by and hooking us up when we needed anything for our room.Erin was seriously the bomb. She had this huge smile on her face every time we saw her, and she even remembered some of our names! Whenever we had a request, she was right there, getting things done fast and professionally.The rooms looked totally new, with super cool decorations and beds that were comfy as heck. And the breakfast was so good, with tons of yummy options to choose from.So yeah, if you're headed to Windsor, you gotta check out Hampton Inn and Suites. The staff is super chill and helpful, and the rooms are totally dope
