I ordered online. Nice manageable website, Good inventory and great prices. I did have a small problem placing my order. A simple e-mail and I'd have to say the customer service is great. They helped me get my order in online even during a time that their store would be closed.

Garden Effects has GREAT customer service! Henry is the BEST! Get all your Tower Garden supplies, and even hardware, (pumps etc.) from Garden Effects. In this day and age, it's extremely difficult to encounter this level of customer service! Well done Henry, Well done!
