Taylor regularly drops in to be with my fur baby. Taylor is on top of updates, brings up anything of concern, is open to and follows through with any instructions (supplements) and has been very flexible. I'm very happy with the service Lower Mainland Critter Sitters (LMCS) provides and look forward to continuing to access their services. We have taken our rabbit to Taylor for about a year now and she has never disappointed me. Great service and care given at a very reasonable price. Would recommend for any one looking for small animals boarding.

Taylor is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I left my three guinea pigs with her while I was away for five days and not once did I doubt the care that they were in. Phenomenal service at a steal of a price for the quality of care. I will definitely be coming back for years to come.

Taylor Leigh Philips at Critter Sitter literally told a friend to have fun with cancer" when she didn't like what a she had to say. Taylor is a repugnant human being and does not deserve your business. Shame on you

I left my very old dog Stuart in Taylor’s care and was a bit nervous since he wasn’t faring too well before his stay. Taylor put me at ease right away. She made sure my senior boy was loved and doted on with the utmost care and attention. She sent me regular updates and even got him eating! Taylor was super accommodating with my ever changing schedule and Stuart came home happy! I will definitely be relying on Taylor in the future! Best sitter for your creatures, far and away!

Taylor has looked after our three pets (two bunnies and a cat) multiple times both at her own place and doing home visits and every time our pets have been in the best of care and are always happy and healthy upon our return. She is my go-to any time I am planning a vacation because I have full confidence that she will be available and give my pets the love and care they need. Really helps your peace of mind when you don't have to start phoning around to try and get bunnies looked after!

Lower Mainland Critter Sitter, specifically Taylor, is exactly who you want to be caring for your pet while you are away. Not only is the onboarding process online and super easy to use, but Taylor was responsive, helpful, and thorough in ensuring the details were all there so she could provide the best care possible to our rabbit, Reggie. We left him with Taylor for 5 days while we were away and he unfortunately got sick from the stress, as he is an old guy and isn't used to changing environments often. Taylor kept me updated throughout the entire process and cared for Reggie as though he was her own pet. My husband and I were all the way across the country and felt so much better knowing our favorite little dude was in such good hands. Taylor went ABOVE AND BEYOND in making sure Reggie was okay. She drove him to the vet and administered meds and even groomed him. I highly recommend Lower Mainland Critter Sitter to anyone who wants their pet to be treated like family while you are away.
