De tout nos expériences jusqu’à présent.Moi et ma copine avons fait affaire avec 3 notaire et le notaire Steven Guibault est le meilleur avec qui nous avons fait affaire.Nos futur transaction serons avec lui sans aucune hésitation. Il a vraiment pris le temps de tout nous expliquer de fond en comble. M. Guibault à vraiment été professionnel, tout en étant super drôle, gentil, chaleureux et patient malgré que nous avons du revenir le rencontrer une deuxième fois car la banque avant fait un erreur de leur côté. En plus de nous avoir expliqué tout les thermes et possibilité que nous avons par rapport au financement, ce que la banque n’as pas fait.Tout cela, pour dire que je vous réfère M. Guibault sans aucune hésitation. Il sera au déçu de vos attentes.Merci

Aucun respect du client. Traitement trop long et Incapable de transmettre un chèque par la poste! J'ai du me rendre en personne prendre le chèque après plusieurs semaines pour le traitement.

Tldr; I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Very, very dissatisfied. Plain and simple, they were completely last minute, didn't do their job to begin with, didn't inform us on anything pertaining to our transaction, and they were very expensive. They made sure we had no chance to change by keeping us in the dark for so long. Unacceptable.This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received. We were buying our first house and instead of offering any kind of guidance like a good notary would have, they made this transaction much more stressful and expensive than it needed to be. From the start, it was very complicated to receive any kind of service on the part of this notary office. The notaries weren't available on Fridays, or nights (which made it very difficult to schedule any kind of appointment that fit with everyone's schedule!) Unfortunately, this office let the clients do the scheduling work and it was basically on us" to make sure everyone was available on a chosen date (both parties; sellers and buyers).This was nothing compared to the pure lack of work done and lack of communication on the part of the notary's office. Four days before our appointment the office calls and says there's an issue with the instructions the bank sent. They wouldn't give us any information other than the "notary's name was wrong". I asked my bank how long they had the instructions for. The bank said it was laying on the notary's desk for over a month before they even opened them to verify if everything was ok. After that
