There are SO many choices to make during the wedding planning process, and hiring Wink & Willow was -- by FAR -- the best one we made. Sophia is the true GOAT of the wedding business. My husband and I got married at Cedar Lakes Estate which included a full weekend affair where all guests stayed on property. Sophia took care of every little detail and nothing slipped through the cracks - from finding and managing the many vendors, to liaising with the Cedar Lakes staff on accommodations, to bringing creative design ideas to the table. She is an impeccable project manager, gets to know and understand her clients, and is also just fun and easy to work with. The most important part - she doesn't let you get wrapped up in the details and forget the most important part of the experience, which is that you are celebrating the love of two people. I'll never forget when we were a few weeks out and she reminded us of what it's all for. If you don't know if you need a planner, or aren't sure which one - pick Sophia and her team.

Working with Willow Hill Design was the best decision that my husband & I made when it came to planning our wedding. Sophia & her team were incredible from start to finish. Most people say that a wedding planner really shines weekend of- while this was certainly true, they were also incredible in all of the months leading up to the wedding as well. Always attentive to answering one-off questions, scheduling check-in calls leading up to the wedding & assuring us that everything was going to be perfect. Sophia and her team were organized, creative, fun & EVERY single vendor that I told that I was working with Willow Hill had nothing but amazing things to say about them, which speaks volumes. You want vendors to love your event planning team. I absolutely loved working with Willow Hill & wish that I had another event to plan with them soon!

Sophia helped me plan my wedding las summer, and I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without her help! She really listened to my vision and helped create the ambiance that I was looking for. At the same time, she kept me on track for what was feasible for our venue (my family's house) and my budget. She was also incredibly creative and resourceful. A week before our wedding weekend, our rehearsal dinner / welcome drinks venue had to close because of a fire. Sophia was able to find an alternative venue, and put together an incredible welcome dinner for all 160 of our guests within a few days! I think it turned out even better than my original plan. I am so happy that I worked with Sophia, and I'll be eternally grateful to her for her patience and hard work to make it a dream come true!

Where to even begin. Sophia is one of a kind — I feel so grateful to have had her as our wedding planner. She turned our vision into a reality and made it so that my husband and I could enjoy our wedding weekend and be fully present without having to worry about the details during the weekend. She is also a wonderful human — kind, considerate, and brings an aura of calmness and collected presence to everything she does. She listened to what mattered most to us, and then continuously kept the focus on that — a true gift in a process that could otherwise feel overwhelmed by details. We had a large wedding that spanned three days (and with Covid concerns) and Sophia had a full grasp of all the details - from the small, such as helping to pick out gift bags, to coordinating all the many many details with the venue and vendors. But, best of all, she designed THE MOST BEAUTIFUL decor that I (a decor freak) could never have imagined! Soup to nuts - vision and detail and organization, all with amazing grace and friendliness! Our daughter's wedding was a pure wonder - thanks to Sophia and her team.
