The pretty lady named Susan was delightful to deal with, she was able to turn my day around with her service by simply processing my transaction with out the hassle I normally go through and made sure I left with a smile. Very much appreciated

I've already dealt with 3 different employees and each one of them was so pleasant! This location is definitely not an easy one to work at and they still have smiles on their faces (even through a mask lol) :)

Worst experience I ever had!! She wouldn’t give me her mangers name or number or her name and didn’t know how to cash a check or send money to an institution and proceed to mock me when I would ask her a question! Very very very rude and unprofessional! They need more customer service training ! And I also did contact moneymartfeedback.ca and the agent heard my story and acted like he was taking my info and hung up in my face! Lol wow

Horrible experience. Had a financial burden so I filed a bankruptcy proposal and yet I still have them calling me off the hook when they have already recieved my proposal which was accepted.
