This is hands down the best auto shop I have ever dealt with. Ken is very professional and knows how to treat his customers and because of this I wouldn’t send my car anywhere else. Him and his wife are so kind and helpful and I’m so glad I had the chance to meet them.

I was on my way to kingston and i stopped here because i was hearing some weird noise. They put tie rod and ball joint in as they told me it was not good and not safe to drive. On my back back, i started listening much worse noise than before, my car's balancing was very off. I could hold the steering straight .I have to tow my car in middle of highway. The other auto shop told me they did not screwed in the the nuts nicely and many other things.Very overpriced place!

I called this shop at random last Friday because I needed to complete a Safety Inspection the same day to get my recently purchased vehicle registered in Ontario (I had purchased in Quebec). They graciously made room for me despite them having a full schedule. Ken and Lyndsey were very helpful and accommodating as well... they even let me know which documents I was missing that would prevent me from registering my vehicle at a Service Ontario. Luckily everything worked out, but I would definitely recommend this shop. Smart and respectful people who put their customers' needs first. Thank you!

Me and my husband had an old Jetta Volkswagen that was sitting in our driveway all winter, finally decided to take it to Ken Champ Auto to try to bring it back to life.. Ken, Mo and Lyndsey are the most helpful, friendly, kind, honest and professional team. They are experts at what they do and clearly know how to run a successful business. We have never been taken care of so well from anywhere, we heartily recommend Ken Auto Champ to anyone looking for above and beyond, honest and fair service, for us, we wouldn’t go anywhere else if we ever run into car trouble again. I had run into some car trouble all of a sudden, and took the next exit off the highway and called many shops nearby to take a look at my car. Ken was the only one who despite being busy, offered to squeeze me in immediately and take a look, and found the solution to my problem. He fixed the car up immediately and was reasonable on the price, and was extremely friendly.First time in the area but now I know if I have trouble again in Mississauga, I can rely on Ken and his team. Amazing and quality service!!
