Hubby and I went to the Lakeshore Road location in Oakville and purchased a few items. Hubby’s first experience with the mens line and fell in love with the ABC Pants and bought three pairs in different colors! Priscilla, always smiling and quite joyful, provided excellent customer service helping with the sizing we were searching for from the back room and suggesting other ideas as well. I bought the Softstreme HR Straight Leg Crop for myself which required hemming and the alteration experience was quick and easy with her as well. All staff we interacted with were very friendly!Gloria

In desperate need of racial and cultural sensitivity training. Visited with a friend and was disgusted to hear the attendant’s comments and complaints about her “long” name simply because it isn’t common in English. I’m confident if she were white or if she had a more European-sounding name, she wouldn’t have received the same treatment, whether it were long or short. Heartbroken to see my friend be made to feel self-conscious about her culture and identity in a place where she should be able to call home. This isn’t acceptable anywhere, and particularly not in one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse regions in the world. In this short interaction, Lululemon’s staff made it very clear what type of people are most welcome in their store.

I had an amazing experience at this store. First, brought in a pair of pants that had come apart at the seam - no issue whatsoever and they are replacing them and altering them at no charge.Then I needed several items not all available in the size I wanted in store. Was able to use my coupon for both the in-store and online orders and the person who helped me (Gillian) gave me all the time and attention I required despite it being busy. She went above and beyond and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!

All the reviews related to racism, I’m sorry your experience was so terrible! It was my first time at this location and I was hesitant about going but in the end I’m glad I did.I think this location listened to your complaints. When I went and I’m a visible minority; Anthony, helped me out. Some of the ladies working there did not acknowledge my presence but Anthony walked up to me and asked how he can be of assistance. Anthony was patient, helpful and knowledgeable and not only knows the store well but the products even better.Ask for Anthony next time you go there.
