I received a negative appraisal from Ron Hopper Appraisals that prevented me from getting a mortgage through their partner, The Mortgage Centre - Sunshine Financial. My home was close to foreclosure so my daughter and I were days away from being homeless. My opinion is this guy has no idea what land or homes are worth i have reported them to the government in my opinion there certification needs pulled
