I just got off the phone with grand river dentist and I have alot of work that needs to be done, from extactions to 2 new partials and they do not accept any government payment services not even ohip, even tho it is a garenteed payment.I cannot believe my freakin luck. Oh well back to the search, oh I don't recommend especially if u have ohip lol lol

After my initial treatments for dental care with 4 dentists 3 in Toronto and 1 in Kitchener I walked in to Dr. Tan's clinic. That was 22 years ago - best decision I made. The level of care I received was welcoming, courteous, efficient, effective and the personal interaction was unassuming and warm. Very impressed. That first impression has stood fast through all these years. My dentist and the hygienists' go to great lengths to ease any discomfort due the treatment undertaken, explain pre and post treatment in detail. They also practice a follow up protocol that ensures my dental care is tracked and effected. The support staff are also very courteous and efficient. My trip to my dentist is always confident and I leave with that confidence absolutely intact. Can't ask for anything more. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing staff. I am an anxious person when it comes to the dental visit and everyone there is super friendly, reassuring and professional. Would highly recommend! I actually dont mind going to the dentist now!

Very calm, relaxed and smooth experience everytime. Alex who runs the office is a great guy and some of the best dentists and hygienists I've had to take care of my teeth. Awesome group of people and highly recommended to anyone.

Very disappointed.Wonderful staffHowever, I was disappointed with the dental experience, no warranty and no awareness. Good luck. I can not make a good recommendation.Does not seem to have a system in place to hear and address customer complaints. You are on your own. Very disappointing. Seems like no one cares after the payment.I now have to pay another dentist to repair a dentist mistake.Mistakes happen in any business, how they are addressed makes a businesses reputation. Even dentistIm a Retired guy that is flush with cash to subsidize a lucrative dental business. Yea right.

Excellent staff, high availability for appointments, and a virtually pain-free experience... great attributes for a dental office. They're good and convenient for most anyone in the K-W area, but especially in DTK or along the GRT #7/ION lines.
