Above ground pool is fine. After Sales service is mediocre. After their install the 3 of the 6 lights weren't working and decorations on the posts weren't screwed in. After going in person, exchanging multiple emails having to call 4 times and everytime they seemed lost and I needed to re-explain the issues, 3 months later I gave up and fixed the issues myself.Last time the lady even said their service person said they don't screw them in1- All the previous times I talked to them they said that indeed they needed to come within 3 days (never happened)2- They have a video on their site where they show that they need to be screwed in.I would never buy from them ever again

Great service from the employees at the branch. The man in the back near the pool pumps took the time to hear the request and offered us a great service and answered all our questions. Although we had a previous experience with another employee giving us poor advice, we still recommend this store for the service.

A big shout out to Claude for the big help with buying a new pump and heater for my pool.Simple, friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable.He helped me without pushing or trying to sell. Gave me all the information I needed and then some.Overall a wonderful service and experience.

If there was a 0 star this is what we would put. Last year was hell. We had the pool installed last year. From start to finish, every one of the worker coming to the house (except for one Christian), all of them, contredict themselves, change stories, do not followup on any work and even bully us with threats if we ask any questions that they didn't have time and they would leave. We paid more than 55K for the pool and we are being so badly ignored. The workers don't care neither about their names nor about their work. We also contacted the owner who never returned our calls, our emails and changed his email adress so he would not be reach again. We have open ticket with them that we already paid( they charge 100$ everytime warranty or not) and they still have not ackowledge if they are coming or not or when. The money is in their account but we have no news.So again, no pool this year althought it was fully paid last year!Worst after sales service ever! I do not recommend this company.

Poor quality of their products. Tissue changed color dramatically after just few weeks. They replaced the product far the same model..... same thing after couples weeks. They accept to upgrade for an other model..... now the table top is poping out with heat. So, very disapointed for the price. When we pay over 3 000$ for a set you expect to keep it for more than a season in good shape.

Update (3)-May 2023: So, LESS THAN A YEAR after installation, here are pictures of my pool liner after the first winter. I showed this to the store. They simply told me to claim insurance. I waited to see how long it would take, but I had to get it fixed myself. When I fixed the pool myself with professional help, I remembered that Trevi had sent teenage kids to install the pool and liner last year who did not know anything about measuring distance and levelling the ground. They did a poor job because when we opened up the pool to install the new liner here is what we found:1) Pool was not levelled correctly. At some places there was more than one finger height gap between the ground and the level measure.2) Sand was not poured to cover the edges of the pool. It was short and had formed a dip before the end of the walls all around the pool. So, winter was not the ONLY cause, it was POOR INSTALLATION. We had to pour 10 extra bags of sand to level the ground and cover the edges so that it doesn't move.3) Trevi is the worst and Trevi Brossard is the worst of the worst. Just save your time, money, and mental health and go to Club Piscine instead. I bought my new liner and all pool equipment there. I am not going to give Trevi one cent more of my money.I hope this update shows you that you should NOT go with Trevi.Trevi can compensate me for my losses but given my experience with them, they will DO NOTHING. So, if my post can drive 10 of your future customers to other pool companies, I would have recovered my losses. For future Trevi customers, this is the most important lesson - do not trust a company that does not value its existing client's time, money, and feedback.Update(2): So, finally I got help to install the safety ladder this weekend. We opened up the box. The first 2 parts that we need to build the ladder were missing!!! TREVI BROSARD - YOU HAVE ONE THING TO DO - DELIVER A WORKING POOL WITH PARTS! Do your JOB! We went to the store on Sunday and we were told that they don't have the parts in stock. They took my name and number and said that they will call as soon as the parts can be found or they will try to bring them from nearby stores. Unfortunately, I have received no call from them yet. I will visit the store again tomorrow to check. This experience is the worst ever and I would recommend that you go to Club Piscine or another Trevi store if you don't want to deal with this type of poor service and disappointment! I think this store will go bankrupt soon with the way they are functioning. There is no sense of process. Seems like nobody knows what is going on!!! Bottomline is, its the middle of summer and my pool has no ladder. It was delivered in February.Update(1): I am now waiting 3 weeks for someone from Trevi to take a look at my leaky filter that was installed BRAND NEW. This level of service is the WORST anywhere in Canada. The store staff and the STORE MANAGER have no idea when someone will be sent. Audrey is great and tried to help, but even she has no updates when I asked her. Again, will not recommend Trevi until they offer better customer service to their existing customers. Please don't buy anything from Trevi until they sort out their service problems!I am very disappointed with my purchase. I need to talk to someone other than my sales representative. Perhaps a manager or the manager for the South Shore area. My sales representative has been very good but your system of scheduling repairs and other things are just ridiculous.

If your Spa cover needs to be changed during the winter its not going to happen with Trevi… They are closed for business, don’t deliver and can’t pick up a new cover unless I go to Mirabel to pick it up… What kind of customer service is that Trevi?
