The restaurant manager is Jenna is amazing. She is professional and sweet. She made me feel so welcome and respected. I would highly recommend this place. Omg I love the service here, it is top notch!

Awesome place, Staff is very Friendly and knowledgeable on everything they serve. I was here for a week training, will be coming back next time I’ll take my other training! Bar and Grill was the best experience! Jenna Lorena and the bar/grill was exceptional, made the stay very welcomed!

Wonderful service! Delicious food. I was worried based on other ratings, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The food was great, and the service was outstanding. Jenna was delightful! She made great recommendations and made our meal fun! The chef came out to make sure our meal was wonderful. That was a nice touch that I haven’t seen since before the pandemic. Bang Bang shrimp was wonderful!

Great hotel restaurant, amazing staff, fantastic food.Feels like family owned with Jenna managing the front of house and Randy the chef coming out to check on the food.Great experience. Amazing how the fake reviews below is hurting this business. Google has to do something with bots and fake accounts. In a matter of one hour someone can create fake accounts and post.

Amazing restaurant. They had a wine and food pairing event which was very well coordinated. They treat their guests like family here. The staff really enjoy working here and it’s noticeable from the amazing service they provide. The hotel is also amazing with great front desk staff. Thank you Michael the GM, Jenna the restaurant manager and Randy the chef for making my every stay special.

Had a lovely dinner at Menaggio with a very large group (3 tables!!!) after an event! They were very welcoming and the service was excellent.The apps were yummy and generous and the mains were satisfying and fresh. Their fruit juices and punch for our non-drinkers were delightful! So impressed with their thoughtfulness.Thanks for a lovely experience!We'll be back. If you have a party or a group I really recommend Menaggio. (No problems or extra group costs!)

From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted and made to feel like family. The food prepared by chef Randy was amazing and the manager Jenna was absolutely fantastic! We were not disappointed at all with the meals or hospitality. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Markham. Thanks again Jenna and chef Randy for a very memorable trip.

Delicious food and ever better table service from the crew! The Margherita pizza and pad Thai were to die for. Everything was made fresh for us and we arrived later, closer to close. This was a great way to start our trip after getting settled in our room. We would highly recommend stopping in for dinner and even a drink! The bartender crafts beautiful cocktails that are almost too pretty to drink! Thank you for a wonderful 1st night!

Lorena provided excellent service, and the food was impeccable. The chicken piccata was brilliant: both buttery and lemony, with the fatest gorgeous caper berries. A surprising gem in a hotel. The whole experience was amazing! Absolutely recommend!
