Been a tenant at 1 Mack Street Unit 10 for 3 years now, completing my undergrad at Queens University, this housing complex was great, wonderful staff, great maintenance workers and they even built in a new community space along the Alfred side! Really recommend living here!

The people who work here are amazing. Moving apartments/houses is stressful but doing that during a pandemic is even worse. We were lucky to have folks like Jeremy help us navigate through the moving process and make our lives much easier. The housing itself is amazing.

The people that work here are fantastic! I got locked out of my car and my apartment, and they showed up to help within 10 minutes to let me back into my apartment. Then, when my spare FOB didn't work for my car, they were willing to walk 20 minutes to the Shoppers down the street to buy a new battery to see if that would help. And then denied my offer to pay them back! Normally for lock out services there would be a $50 fee but they said they would do it for free! Truly some incredibly great people. As far as management goes, Foundry Mack's go above and beyond to help their tenants. Shout out to Rick! That man deserves a raise.

Absolutely love living here, amazing location that keeps you close to the action both on princess and campus. The house is the perfect size for four people and maintenance has kept us ice free all winter.
