Horrible customer service at this location on multiple occasions. Yesterday my daughter was made fun of for asking for a tray when she ordered 4 drinks and wasn’t offered one (she was walking so a tray was necessary) I have heard the manager speak so disrespectful to a future employee that was there for training and staff that was in duty with her. The wait time is ridiculous and my order is wrong almost every single time. I’ve had to wait 15+ minutes for 1 coffee. Lack of proper management and training is very obvious.I will be avoiding this location at all cost.

It's always nice when you have to tell the guy at the register 5 times what your order is. Correct him when he still inputs it wrong, then have to wait 10min for your coffee and oreo creamy chill just to get in the car and drive off before realizing that they didn't add the oreos. When the place is dead with no one inside or at drive-through there's no excuse to have to wait that long and for the order to be wrong. This location has gone downhill fast.

I only went threw the drive thru. It was fast and the service was friendly and polite. They also got my order right.

I got this bowl today at this Tim’s. My bowl was not even filled with the actual quantity.It’s shameful that for $8.99 we get that in return. Seriously something should be done about this.I hope Next time you care for the customer, rather them ripping them OFF.Tim Hortons is based on customer service, but here I see something different.Very sad!!!

First, the service was slow for two bagels. There was a huge order ahead of us, which was understandable, but we were in the drive through, however I excused the slowness. When we pulled up to the window, they confirmed our order, said they’d get it, and came back two minutes later with my order. It seemed pretty empty inside and it looked as if there were only two workers, one who was polite, the other seemed to not be doing anything even though there was a lineup of cars behind us. We got our order (two four cheese bagels toasted with regular cream cheese) and it didn’t come with a bag, and I got the wrong type of cream cheese. I know this seems like I’m just complaining about small things, but whenever I go to this particular Tim hortons, the service is slow, they are always out of food, and they usually don’t get my order right.Update: I’m leaving this at the same stars, but I can tell there must be new management or something because now this Tim Hortons is well staffed, the employees are kinder, and the general service is much better. They still have some things to improve on but I’m very happy with how they are getting better!

This location is the slowest location I ever go to. The drive through around the back of the building is a mystery to know how many cars are in it. You drive around to find 10 cars in line and you can't get out.I've had so many bad experiences at this location. But it varies by shift.Early in the morning, the older ladies that are running the shift are seriously top notch. If I know they are there, then my order will be right.

We were in the drive through for half an hour just for 2 coffees, line up wasn't nearly long enough to justify how long it took for everyone to move through. I would have gone inside if I'd known how wildly incompetent the staff at this location were. Absolutely zero excuses for that.

They take forever in the drive through literally everyday. On top of it they make wrong coffee and if you ask for a sleeve they say you should have asked while ordering. What kind of service is that ?

If you want to start your day off on the right foot choose the drive through at this location. Sherri (Hope that’s spelt correctly) is always chipper, friendly and polite. Fast service. Hot drinks. Always a pleasure.
