Best Western Plus Hinton Inn & Suites
This Hotel is the best in Hinton. It is super clean and the staff were amazing ( literally amazing)!! The room was huge with a beautiful kitchen and slept my family very comfortable. The breakfast was great with a good selection. Also nice that they have a option to grab a breakfast to go" bag. We stayed at Christmas time and they had it decorated fantastic! My kids loved the pool and hot tub and I loved that it was clean! I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to everyone I know. Great customer service!"

The rooms and hotel were very clean. The staff were wonderful to deal with.The breakfast you get has everything you could imagine. The lady working there was so kind and helpful, as well I have never had such a great experience in a hotel before, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Hinton. Thank you.

Best Western Plus Hinton Inn & Suites
After being evacuated for fires from Edson, AB May 5/23. We were told rooms would be $109/night. After receiving our bill it was to our surprise that the rate for 1 night was $209 and another night was $189. I spoke to the manager and was told “that’s the rate” I have contacted head office and they stated “they will look into it” I have also reported it to the MLA and the ombudsman ( If I have to I will go to the media about this) I have always stayed at Best Western hotels but, after this incident if this is not resolved I will never stay at this hotel again. During a very stressful time in our lives this is the last thing I expected from the Best Western, it’s very disappointing.

Great hotel, up to date clean rooms.Front counter are friendly. Rickys restaurant connected is great the waitresses are very nice.Grateful they found my ring. The biggest plus side.Will definitely stay again.

Best Western Plus Hinton Inn & Suites
This is the best hotel in Hinton. I’ve got a large family and this hotel checks all the boxes. The kitchenette room was huge, it slept all 6 of us very comfortably. The room and hotel in general were very clean as was the pool area. The fitness centre is open 24 hours! Breakfast is slightly above average for a complimentary hotel breakfast. To top it all off they have a cappuccino machine in the lobby that makes the best French Vanilla I’ve ever had. The price was a great value for what you get in my opinion.

Best Western Plus Hinton Inn & Suites
Im a BW employee from another hotel and the stay at this location was phenomenal. I stayed here back in November. Beds are super comfy, the complimentry breakfast was a 10/10. Great accessibility to Jasper, for hiking and snowboarding.
