Please tell your staff girlsThat what is the meaning of subwaySubway is build your own sub chainSo we can make our own sub as we want .I’m huge fan of subway and almost every week i eat subway by adding lays and any other snacks in subs for getting crunchy flavourBut today the staff of this subway said us that we don’t add other stuffs in it. Even they were very rude.So please tell them that subway is place where we can make our own subIt’s customer’s choice how they likes their meal.

I live just near this subway location and this is more than 5th time that I faced this issue which forced me to write a review on google. The girls working in there in afternoon are always so mean and rude and make faces, they always want to avoid customers who want their sandwiches grilled by just saying grill machine is down, but when you call them they always say it’s working. This the worst subway location, subway is my weekend dinner spot but this type of services is not acceptable for sandwich lovers.Please try to avoid going to this location as I don’t want anyone to loose their love for subway.FYI I didn’t even wanted to give one star.

Visited this location at 8:30 pm. There were 2 girls working here. Very rude, unwelcoming attitude towards customers. This location needs better staff who know to deliver customer satisfaction. There should be a senior staff to supervise and ensure proper service is being given. We have had a bad experience here every time.We do not feel like eating here just after seeing their irritated faces and behaviour. They also were not wearing their name badges also intentionally. Would advice people not to visit this location

I just placed an order online and went to pick up right away. I knew it won’t be ready right away so I went and nicely mentioned to the employee “Hi I just placed and order online just now” and her rude response in rude tone was “your pick up is at 3:50pm” while she was preparing my order.I ignored her this time because she is pregnant and I didn’t want to say anything back. Later I clearly mentioned I want extra toppings and when I see she put less so I kindly said “Can you add extra olives please” and she didn’t respond first later I repeated again extra olives and her rude response was “I DID” which she clearly did not. And I still stayed quiet. She wrapped my sub very messy too and was very mean at the end. I was having a very good day but she ruined it. I understand she is pregnant but then if you working you should not take your anger out on customers if it’s hard don’t work please. Never visiting this location again very upset.

I should have known this subway location is notorious for getting orders wrong. I wish there was 0 star.I have ordered twice via Skip the Dishes and always don't put onions as part of the order. But yet I always find Onions in it and end up throwing it all away.Well, never again will I order from this place again. I will rather order from Worthington, Brampton and pay the delivery fee. Good riddance!

Regularly enjoy Subway BUT everytime I visit THIS location I regret it. The staff make simple orders complicated and regularly make mistakes.Walk to the one in the mall or go across the parking lot to Tim Hortons, its not worth the time and frustration for a poorly made sandwich.

The lady working here was very irritated to fulfill my order. On asking for adequate spinach on both the subs her reply was how am I supposed to close it" when there was literally just handful of things. No smile

I placed an online order for two foot long. There were numerous sauces to add, so I urged her not to skip any. She replied that it couldn't be toasted, and I agreed, but she still omitted the green goodness, extra mayonnaise, and chipotle. I ordered for extra lettuce and onions, but all she gave me was lettuce and very little onion. She said come in morning and talk to the manager.I've had the worst Subway experiences in the last year and I exclusively eat veggie delights. She spoiled my meal and was arguing that it is good.

This location never honors coupons and the scannerdoesn't work to get the free two dollars off is horrible, horrible that the manager will turn off this menu...that's what the app is for to collect points and redeem 2$ off...I will not return to this location..
