Royal Synergies Collision (Milton)

Just had an amazing experience here. I had one of my company vehicles vandalized and had Royal Synergies (Bill's Auto) recommended to me. I dealt with John while I was there and he was completely straight with me about what was worth fixing/replacing and what wouldn't be worth fixing. There was no sales pitch or anything, just a great, salt of the earth guy.Next time I need some body work I'm definitely coming back here 100%.

I try to stick to my dealer but, recently it's impossible. I asked around and heard good things. I called and spoke to John. I felt comfortable and I booked my appointment. As promised he fixed my car better than I expected. Very happy with the service and turn around time. I will defiantly be going back.

I got into an accident with my brand new 2018 Honda Pilot. Rear ended right side. I called dealership was told to go this Bodyshop. I was hesitant as I have never dealt with this shop. Other shops in town are always bad mouthing other shops. Or either really slow in getting repairs complete ( all feedback I received from my entire family which lives in Milton)Anyway my pilot ends up at bills autobody. The repairs were done on time and looked great. I even took it back to honda to make sure all the mechanical work was done to factory standards. The dealership even put the car on the hoist and showed me the work from underneath and I was surprised it matched the non damaged side. I recommend this shop to all my friends. John is the manager and a great person. I saw him one night with his employees at a local place in town after work. I came over and thanked him once again and offered to buy him the whole crew a drink. But instead he offered me a drink instead.

John, thank you so much for listening to our limitation and going above and beyond to meet our needs. Your leadership, professionalism and charm is hard to come by and we truly appreciate your honest dealings with us. If you need a reliable guy to fix your car, the owner John is your guy!

My first time at this shop recommended by my insurance. I had a great experience! I felt welcome as soon as I made my first call, the receptionist was friendly and smiling the whole time. John, the manager, put me at ease by explaining the process, answering my questions in courteous and professional manner, never felt rushed. Even though I didn't have any repairs done on the car (it was a write off), I felt guided and cared for during such stressful time. I am very thankful.Highly recommend.

Not only did John the manager get me a rental asap, he also helped install my children's car seats. My van was repaired quickly, Great service!

I was rear ended and had extensive damage to the back end of my SUV. This Auto Body was one of the top 5 places that my insurance company recommended but I originally hesitated because I knew nothing about them and there was only 1 brief review posted. (Customer reviews are very important).I'm so happy that after researching the other 4 places, I went with my gut and chose them.I had such an incredible experience. John was great to deal with. He kept me updated on the progress and even finished 1 day earlier than scheduled in order to accommodate my business schedule.I was originally worried as I had never been in a collision before and was concerned that the quality would be poor or noticeable and my vehicle would not be the same.John and his crew did an amazing job and my vehicle looks incredible.Although I hope to never have to use this service again, I am relieved to know that if I do need a body shop, I can count on these guys.

One of the worst body shops. They worked on my honda pilot's back bumper and within two days my tailight fixture fell off. When I approached back to them they told me they never touched the taillight and started showing me pictures as if it is entirely my fault.He was rude as if I am telling a lie and checking as if I broke somewhere else and brought to him.How you can change or paint the bumper not impacting the taillight. They knew it was there mistake and offered free installation of taillight but the whole unit I have to buy on my cost. I highly recommend no body should go to them as they are not professional. Worst is Milton Honda recommends this body shop and doesn't want to take any ownership.

This place was great! They were the only ones in Milton to give a proper quick quote (without badmouthing the competition). they made certain I was okay. Got me to my rental. They not only did a beautiful repair - but also cleaned my car inside and out. Way way beyond my expectations.Heaven forbid something happens to me again - but if it does - straight to this place!

I went to see John with my car as my son got in a bit of a fender bender. By one door wouldn’t open properly and there were a few other scratches. John came out and fixed my door within minutes and wouldn’t charge me for it. That’s amazing customer service and I was so appreciative. I’d definitely recommend them and will use them in the future if I need.
