If I could give Miele zero stars I would. Our dryer has stopped working for 3 weeks now. I have called Miele multiple times to send a technician. They do not let me know the time of the technician’s arrival(they are supposed to let you know 24 hours ahead) I have wasted my time waiting for the technician just to have the technician call me and say he hasn’t received the parts required for my dryer. I called Miele to let them know and they said the parts had been sent to the technician. They were going to all me back and fix another day for the technician to come but of course no call from them. I am on the phone waiting for someone listening to bad elevator music right now. I hope someone answers from customer service. I would recommend anyone planning to buy Miele to avoid it like the plague. This is a company that does not care about its service to its customers. Very very disappointed.

Over the years I have purchased 3 washers, 2 dryers and 3 dishwashers for different homes I owned in London and Toronto and Muskoka. The appliances are of the best quality. Sadly their service is exclusively through Miele and they seem to have made a decision to not support rural or remote product owners. When my appliances had problems, they offered not support. I basically had to learn to fix my own dishwasher(which I have done 3 times) from watching YouTube videos. I am now replacing my three remaining Miele appliances with another brand that I can reasonably get serviced in Muskoka. I am sure their decision makes sense to their business. At the same time, they have lost my support. I am sure with creativity they could have reached a better solution, but they just don't value their customers as much as they should. We deserve better.

Unfortunately the after sales service pales in comparison to the sales and installation experience when we will initially purchased our 60 bottle wine fridge - which has subsequently stopped working and notwithstanding our contact with customer service they have failed to follow up and contact us in order to provide any visibility on when our replacement fridge will be received. Truly a contrast to our initial sales experience and unfortunately very disappointing.

I purchased a Miele fridge , cost over $10000. Now the door hinge is making a noise. Email the company got no response , call them and was out on hold for 20 minutes and still unsure I got the right support. Is this the service a premium company offers? I just need a simple repair, gosh be warned before you make the purchase !

Miele Experience Centre Toronto is near Vaughan Mills' neighborhood. I visited it for Miele's Ghost Kitchen when it featured a dessert tasting menu by Chef Christopher. Ghost kitchens are a pop up trend since the pandemic. So if there's something strange in the neighborhood, who ya gonna call? Ghost-busting Yelpers!I arrived at the Miele Experience Centre as the first appointment at 11AM. The kitchen team was busy whipping up a storm ahead of the day's crowd. A kind staff provided a complimentary cappuccino, but the Miele appliance didn't kindle my interest as the coffee didn't measure up to Nespresso. Nonetheless, the star desserts were terrific.Chef Christopher aka Baker Siu" has an education in pharmacy. He competed in an earlier season of MasterChef Canada

I bought a Miele refrigerator in 2009, that just broke late last year -- appliances should last more than 13 years, all my Gaggenau appliances are still working. I ordered a new fridge in January. The lead time on the less expensive model was months so I ordered the more expensive model. It was delivered last week and was defective. A technician came and confirmed the electronics were faulty. I have now been waiting for over a week for a solution. Miele wants to repair the defective part -- but the component is not available until April. I am trying to get them to take back the defective fridge and give me what I paid for, which was a fully functional new fridge. I have called every day and keep getting the run-around (manager is off today, I will e-mail the office of the President, we will get right back to you). Still no solution and I have been without a fridge for over a month now. Morale of the story is do not buy from Miele the quality and customer service are completely inconsistent with the prices they charge.

Terrible Company. I was really convinced I was doing the right thing buying a $4000 Built-In (Panel-ready) dishwasher. I was prioritizing quality / durability over price as it was a built-in appliance. It ended up being an average dishwasher... at 3-4 times the price...Even worst... To repair it would cost over $1000...And it is not over... Customer service is completely awful. Talking to customer service is in fact taking an appointment... or nothing. So it is an endless loop. You try to explain your disapointment/issue, they send a technician. Technician comes says it is broken... call the service... they want to send another technician... did that twice already... hoping I could talk to a real person... A real joke. And no, not yet over... The finance department is calling and sending me letters asking me to pay an invoice for the repair. AND NO REPAIR WAS DONE. It was just an estimate... I declined it and it is cleary stated by the technician on the quote... and they are still harrassing me to pay a bill. And who should a call now? Customer service? They will send me another technician?!?!Miele Executive - Please do something!!!! It is urgent. It is over for me Miele! Never again. I am 47 years old. 2nd company only on my black list. This tells you how terrible is this company from my standpoint.Next step for me is to ask for compensation for damage suffered for all the time I am losing with this terrible company.

My wife and I are renovating our Kitchen. We chose Miele appliances as we heard that they were the best. We live outside the city but were assured that 3rd party installers would be able to install our refrigerator. Now our kitchen is finished except for the refrigerator in the middle on a pallet.I am told that they cannot find a 3rd party installer and that we would have to find one ourselves. Our complaint was forwarded to the office of the president. We spoke to Tausiful who said there was nothing they could do.How am I going to get my refrigerator installed??We've called local stores who sell their products but their installers only work if you purchased the appliance from their store.WHAT can I do???I've NEVER had such terrible customer service. If you live outside the GTA... don't buy Miele!

Purchased a Miele cooktop at the Experience Centre in Vaughan. I asked if it was a plug in or hard wired and was assured that it was a plug in. I called the Experience Centre the day after it was delivered asking for the dimensions that were to have been sent to me the previous week. I asked again if this cooktop was a plug in and was assured it was. I had not yet opened the box for the cooktop. When I did it had no plug - it is hard wired. I now need an electrician to sort this out. Today I received a call from the office of the President. He asked if I had read the manual before I purchased the product because it states there it is hard wired. I replied that 2 of his staff assured me it was a plug in. I trusted Miele trained staff. He apologized for the issue and offered to accept the return. That is a very unsatisfactory resolution for a luxury brand that was purchased in Miele’s Experience. My first experience with Miele may be my last

If you are looking at purchasing Miele Appliances please be aware of Manufacture support. Unfortunately my experience has cost me 1500.00 as we followed Miele technical service expertise. We had changed the recommended parts only to find out the last part recommended was obsolete. My service technician was left with non refundable parts and myself THE CONSUMER a bill. I deal with several builders in Ontario along with Condo developers who will be aware of my experience which in over a year was never resolved. They have no clue of customer support and they have no clue who they are dealing with.
