Kingsbury Towers Apartments

Hi I have just moved to apartment,but the southwest property management and apartment manager are so humble and helpful. Apart from that units are beautiful ,having good sunlight, large windows,clean lobby carpets. The street is live yet so peaceful all the time. highly recommend this property.

We lived there for 1 year, manger is very rude. When we move in, the floor is not that clean and the balcony door is broken. She promised that it will be fixed in 2 weeks. Well, it is still broken when we moved out and we are charged for that repair lol!! At the end of the last day, we totally clean the apartment, a guy called Robert did the inspection and said it will not cost too much since it is clean. One month later, we get the letter from southwest, and it took 80% of deposit to do the cleaning and repair the door of balcony, good job Robert

Management is bad there. Manager is very rude. They will be nice when you come for looking a room but when you book room they become rude to you.They took signature on one page and put them on another so many pages that you dont know before. They always keep you under afraid of lease. Dont go there.If you want to come make sure everything. Same happened with my friends.

Very nice manager and quiet building.

My time at Kingsbury has been nothing short of exceptional. Since day one the staff have been attentive and kind. The other residents are quiet and friendly, and it is an overall safe and secure building. Although it’s costly, an apartment here will definitely come with a fantastic experience like no other. Major props to Donnie for always being available! From holding doors open, to checking on both major or little things going on in the building, he has been phenomenal. Broken fridge? Replaced the next day. Clogged toilet? Maintenance comes first thing the next day. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone for sure. Five stars all around!! Thank you for being amazing as always!!
