Tropical South by the Cuban Thing
These guys are INCREDIBLE. The menu is creative & tropical, I highly recommend their BG fried chicken sandwich, it has a lush berry guava sauce & mangos on it. Incredible take on cuban style food!

Tropical South by the Cuban Thing
At Relish The Foodie event at Cloverdale mall and enjoyed my visit at this food truck.. Lovely staff and great food! Tried delicious Tostones with a wonderful island mojo sauce and asked to try Pico de Gallo on top just took it up a notch. Also had Yuca fried prefer mine a bit more brown but overall were yummy. Go out there and support these small businesses. Event ends on Sunday.

Tropical South by the Cuban Thing
Food was amazing! All the staff loved it and are looking forward to the next time we ask Chuchi to come back to host another get together. Chuchi is a really nice guy and we appreciate his patients with us.If you're looking for a food truck that caterers for Halal, vegetarian and vegan; reach out to Chuchi you won't be disappointed.
