U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

This is the worst rental experience I have ever had. I intended to rent a van for 19.95 a day to drive to Chester then discovered it was at .95 cents a mile so was persuaded to take an 89 dollar a day rental (same van) with 150 miles a day included. I was told that bringing the van back early which I did will reduce the mileage included in the rate. I drove a total of 310 miles. I kept the van for 3 days. My bill was 591.26!!. So basically 200 dollars a day. I tried to call Green Street their messages are always full! I contacted head office...you can't call you have to chat....the person online was totally unhelpful and there is no means to speak to a real person. So think very very carefully before you rent from this location. Not a member of the Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT FILL YOUR GAS TANK AT UHAUL. You aren’t supposed to but they make it super confusing probably on purpose. Paid 67 dollars gas and was blamed, even tho I was told to fill the tank, which they denied after. Super bad communication, rude about the mistake and refused to refund.

The customer service at this location is non-existent. There is no concern for the integrity of the products/services provided. I'm not a demanding customer, but I prefer to spend my money in places where people stand behind their products and where 100% money-back guarantee" actually means what it says. The Green Street U-Haul is no such place. My experience as a paying customer at the Green Street location will make me reconsider ever using U-Haul again. If you are able to go anywhere else

Honestly the manager of this branch did their best to help me but with the problem they made for me themselves! I ordered my u-haul about two weeks before my moving date and I requested contact-less one-way u-haul. When I went there to pickup my 20’ truck, it wasn’t there! I had to wait for about 15 minutes in a very cold winter morning until the manager show up. Then they said “I called you yesterday to say some changes have been made to your order”! But I haven’t had received any calls, emails, or messages! There was another person there with the same issue as mine. After talking for a while, we figured that the manager of this branch makes changes to people’s online orders based on personal preference without letting them know before. For example in my case, they changed my order’s pickup location to somewhere 20 km away because they didn’t want to lose their 20’ truck due to my one-way u-haul order! Then they said “I’ll give you the truck if and only if you bring it back to here again, otherwise no truck for you”! Common! what kind of service is that? I know this branch is very close to you and very suitable for you, but I do not recommend it at all. It is a complete risk specially for people who have tight moving deadlines.

Very sketchy location with a messy shop. Truck was dirty as heck and did not drive properly! Rented a car trailer as well which had garage all over it. Avoid if possible! Brought the truck to the location at Bayer's lake U-Haul to be looked over since I had a long drive and turns out the rear latch had issues and there was a hole on the roof as well! Terrible location with awful vehicles.

Van is ready they are take the authorization of our credit card and offer the van or truck which one you need . Crazy thing is 4 hour and 24 hours is the same fare .And also key droping facility is available

I didn't receive the self-serve instructions, so I had to call customer service, with long wait time, to guide me through the check-in process. I ordered a utility dolly, but it was not available, and I still got charged for it. The van's state was average.

Customer service was very poor and truck was dirty.Whenever i was there for return truck at that time representative ask to show me receipt of fuel .I have been using U-Haul trucks from while and no one ask me to show receipt .They should trust their customer and their fuel meters otherwise start checking manually that fuel tank is full or not.

This Uhaul made over ten people wait in below 0 weather outside despite their website saying they are open at 10 they have just now opened at 10:50. They did not have the keys put in the box despite us saying we wanted to use the app. Do not recommend highly unprofessional and from experience at other uhaul dealerships and looking at the other reviews make sure to take note of the odometer and take pictures of the truck and make sure to keep it clean and sign off with an employee in front of as I have been double charged for bring it in late" and not filling it with gas. In the photo you can see multiple people waiting outside. Do not recommend this Uhaul dealership."

Please stop using Sedgwick Cms Canada Inc as your insurance provider. They are horrible to deal with and they will ignore you for months. The U-haul service was good (not excellent) but I'm very hesitant to use U-haul again because I never want to deal with Sedgwick ever again.
