I was in their west 4th location just last week and cannot say enough nice things about the two ladies that helped me! I was in a rush looking for a specific shirt and needed it for an important job. I was offered many options and was super well taken care of! Definitely give this shop a try!

Have come here multiple time as they are one of the few carriers of much of the quality brands that I like in one place. Service is always great. Tried on bunch of pairs of sandals today and Josh, the sales rep I had, was extremely helpful.I’m definitely not easy with sizing and he was super patient and accommodating. Never pressured me into anything. Really with the experience. Definitely will be back next time.

There was a bit of a mix up in sizes for the boots i bought but the staff and manager did everything to accommodate and help . Everything worked out ! They really went the extra mile to give excellent customer service ! Thank you Gravity Pope !

EXTREMELY disappointing. If I could give it minus stars, I would.I recently ordered a pair of shoes from their online store. They arrived damaged.When I emailed them, and provided pictures, they said the shoes are not damaged.. and it’s just wear from other customers trying them on in their stores.These boots have very clearly been worn outdoors and soles damaged (there are literally holes in the soles).. Or Gravity Pope retail stores have rocks for floors.Either way, even if this was the damage just from customers trying them on in store, they are not in an acceptable condition to be sold to customers.So, fair warning. It seems their final sale items means final sale even if damaged.

Why do you sell shoes with quality issues to me? When I request a pair of new shoes, they still give me shoes with more severe quality issues.$250 can’t buy me brand new shoes in this store.The staff is very kind in general but I am not buying anything from this place.
