Yesterday I had my first Reiki session with you and did not know what to expect. I came in with an open mind and somewhat scared, anxious and in a small way a bit skeptical how this could work.This morning when I woke up, I felt better in many ways.Thank you Tania.

I went to Tania for help with trying to release emotion that was trapped from childhood. Emotion being energy in motion. From what I've gathered, if the energy in your body isn't flowing, then you can't express yourself properly, and all sorts of other problems. In my case I have a lot trapped in my heart. I can physically feel it in that area. The idea with my trying Reiki (prior to this I had never tried Reiki before), from my understanding, was that it was to help get my energy flowing again by healing what is supposed to be working to that end.I had 6 or so weekly sessions with Tania. It might seem a bit pricey at first but then again it's for your health, and you have to try things in order to see; I think it more an apprehensiveness toward spending money on yourself. I know it's hard because you think you're throwing money away or you're being scammed or something but I don't think it's like that. They're pretty reasonably priced in my opinion. While I don't regard Reiki in and of itself as a Panacea (nor should you if you're considering trying Reiki), I think that, in tandem with other ways of getting to where you want to go, it is effective. You certainly feel better after. Also, Tania is a nice person to talk to. Give it a shot.
