I cannot say enough how much I loved getting my hair done at this salon, Alaa was an absolute dream to be with and treated me so well as it was my first time getting my hair treated and dyed!They were so knowledgeable and made me so comfortable with picking a hair style and dye pattern that would work for my hair and face, and it looks absolute AMAZING!Would so recommend this lovely person, if you want someone who knows what they're doing when it comes to cutting, styling, and dying your hair, they're the person you need to see.

Edit: Bumped to 2 stars for the shop trying to make it right.Over a year ago I walked out of this place with an absolutely flawless haircut, maybe the best of my life - genuinely. Today was the exact opposite...since I have an appointment elsewhere tomorrow to fix what was done.Despite being a complete sweetheart, the girl who cut my hair was clearly nervous and the lack of experience combined with nerves really wasn't doing anyone favours. From a well enough known shop at this location I would hope most chairs would be top notch, it wasn't the case, sadly.The boss was overlooking her at times which certainly didn't help because it was clearly somewhat overbearing and piling on to this girls nerves.The cut was uneven, the shave / fade had pieces entirely missed, the styling was scuffed, I was covered in hair no duster brush in sight, leaving the salon felt worse than I did going in.The girl was an absolute sweetheart but her nerves and overbearing boss ( I assume ) seemed to leave no option other than a rough cut.

I tried my best to not be a total Karen about this but truly the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Worse than the service itself was the treatment from the owner, Dat, who shows no care for the salon's customers who are paying a hefty price for his services.I would strongly advise against booking an appointment there. Seven hours and $380 later, this is how my hair turned out. After 2 weeks of chasing down the owner, Dat, he was super rude and condescending. He told me I signed their chemical release form" fully aware that they are not able to offer refunds and that i received a discounted service - he told me this would have cost $800 normally which is actually absurd. Dat explained they had video footage of me saying i was happy with the hair right after the service was complete..which i thought was very strange to use as a reason not to provide customer service after a client went home and took a look at their hair out of the salon environment. I imagine I'm not the only person who finds it difficult to tell someone they did a horrible job right away...I would save yourself the time and energy I have wasted trying to deal with this salon. My hair was left hilariously hideous

I've been a regular of Album Hair and I love their service! The staff is always friendly and super knowledgeable. Always gave me great suggestions. I'll be coming back for sure.

I started going to Album last year on a whim and I absolutely love the haircuts I've had from here!Dat is the first stylist I've been to that educated me about where my hair had damage and why. He was sweet and honest in recommending the most flattering bang style and cut length for my face- something I've never had from another stylist. The cutting techniques he uses make my thin hair look full and healthy.I get so many compliments on my haircuts from Dat. I live in Hamilton, but will book hair cuts at Album when I'm in TO because it's that good!

Lindsay has been doing my colour for years - she is a master.Upon first meeting, she took the time to really get to know my hair, hair history and desired results. She is extremely talented, realistic, and professional. Book her, you will walk out happy every time.

They are both friendly, professional, and truly passionate about their work. I always leave their salon feeling confident and happy with my hair. I got my hair coloured and styled by Carly who is a new addition to the album hair team. I’ve never been to this salon before, but Carly put me right at ease and gave me everything I wanted and more! I left feeling confident and VERY happy with the beautiful job she did. She also gave me the best head massage ever when washing my hair. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back :)

I had an amazing experience getting a haircut and balayage at Album Hair. Alaa is a wonderful stylist!We spent some time talking through what I wanted and my hair turned out looking so natural. I really appreciate the attention to little details and doing exactly what I asked for. The blending is flawless. I have very dark hair and was worried my hair would be damaged but it feels great. Also, love my haircut. I was worried about taking off too much length (as sometimes happens at salons) but they kept as much length as possible and my hair looks and feels great. Wanted to add they really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and checked in with me many times throughout the process.Thanks for the lovely customer service. Highly recommend to those in Toronto looking for a stylist!

Hair highlights done, barely looked like I had highlights at all with roots still very obvious, terrible blend with roots so re growth very obvious even though stylist said she would make it look natural. Went back to salon, informed stylist no longer working there, owner would call me re fixing the hair, but never received a call.
