Well , after a week without phone . They said they would be here a week after cutting our phone off for tech upgrades and still didn’t show up on time . Do not deal with this pay the extra money and get a home phone . Rural internet and internet phone equals nightmares. Not only is the service bad the customer service is terrible. As I said we made an appointment and they didn’t follow through . So we are yet again another day without home phone or any emergency services at all . Thanks for the service Rez tel.

After dealing with Cogeco and its unreliable customer support department. We switched over to Reztel Communications back in November 2017. The service and the customer support team is second to none. If you want a company who actually cares about the quality of service they provide, Reztel Communication is the right choice. We are now saving close to $100 a month on our bill. If you want professionalism, call Reztel and ask for Matthew, he will take care of you!

Very nice people but, not enough employées. I feel sorry for the lady that answers the phones she seems to be chief cook and bottle washer. If you are offering internet and ohone services you cant only work 9am to 5pm they only have 2 technitians working for them one of their trucks were down for many weeks in a riw. That being said, if you have a problem on the weekend you have no help until monday .if the lady cant help over the phone they will try ti get to you within the next week so you can be without services for many days!I think if they are going to servive in this field they must do many changes and hire many people!

Friendly honest helpful staff When I set up my own services I was able to drop my bill by more then 80. a month. I'v worked in this industry over 20 years at several different companies including Bell AT&T Bright house networks to name a few. Reztel is the first company I'v worked for that cares more about the client then just a quick sale.

Ordered Shaw Satelite from Reztel. Very pleased with the service we received. Installation was timely and the employees were knowledgeable about the products. The employees took the time to find and meet my need without breaking the bank. Highly recommend this company.

Horrible rural internet service. Constantly drops. Speed is incredibly slow (have had 12 kbps speedtests). Was told over a year ago that our admittedly oversold tower was being upgraded, and it has not happened. And just got a notice of increase in price. The ONLY reliable thing about Xplornet is their monthly invoice. If you have any other option, take it and run as fast as you can from this company. When I first signed up, the service was reasonable, but that faded just about the time the trial" period elapsed
