The dr was amazing i am from alberta and they said i couldnt use my health card and would have to pay a fee of $70 but he stepped in and waived the fee just to see if my card would go through atmosphere in waiting room is also very relaxing. The bad reviews do not reflect my experience.

No doubt, Dr Malik Doss is best doctor I ever saw in canada . But receptionist, they are so rude , so argumentative all the time not one time . Last visit , I did not have mask , they said you have to buy , we don't keep it and I bought it from pharmacy. Then after few mins , other patients came without mask and she was not ready to buy from pharmacy, then she start yelling and arguing with receptionist . Receptionist gave mask to that lady in-front of me .I feel that receptionist is more rude with Punjabi community people as compared to other . Please teach them how to deal with patients equally during hiring .Thanks

The best family doctor I ever had! I love Dr. Shereen because I can really feel that she’s passionate with her career as a doctor and she take her time to explain everything and educate me. She’s very kind and cares for her patients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very rude receptionists. Upon viewing the website it says the doctor is accepting new patients but when you go in they’ll say there’s a wait list. The website should have the most up to date information so patients do not waste their time. Also it says they are a walk in clinic but no where on the website does it state that the walk in doctor is not available everyday, again the website should have this updated.When I asked both receptionists about this issue they both rolled their eyes like they had no idea what my question was or as if they didn’t care. Completely unacceptable that I had to take my child outside during this weather for no reason.

I love doctor Malik Doss. She is a very caring and good doctor. The staff is ok. Over all I'm happy with this medicle clinic and my doctor

The doctor (Dr Doss) is pretty amazing! She's patient and thorough. The receptionist however is the worst. Please get someone who can show empathy and have some basic customer service skills.

Old town pharmacy’s staff is very rude and aggressive even with kids too, they don’t have patience. waited for 1 hour to get my prescription and its not easy for waiting one hour with little kid and still their behaviour was aggressive and rude for kid. i will never go there anymore. My first and last experience was very very bad. If i will have an option to give them less than zero star they deserve more than that.

The clinic asks us to be on time as patients and then asks us to wait for half hour before they even take us in. They ask to wear masks but asks to buy one from their pharmacy instead of providing them to patients. They charge double the fees for paediatric ear flushing then other clinics. It’s the pity of our healthcare system that we can not take action against them. Government removed Covid restrictions but clinics and doctors are not even checking patients in person if they have normal cough or cold.

Dr. Doss is amazing - she patiently listens to the patient's concerns and her diagnosis and medication are spot on.The receptionist(s) are empathetic and accommodating for urgent requests.Recently, I visited for a stiff back after bad snow shoveling. Doctor's treatment provider instant relief.

Dr. Malak Doss is our family doc from more than 5 years from my first pregnancy to my daughters vaccinations and treatments.. super awesm clinic with no wait times.. very panchtual about appointments. And doc is super good as she listens to our queries and gives good time on consultation ..
