I understand supply issues with consoles and such but I'd ask that maybe keeping a bunch of games on a shelf that one would assume oh nice they have this game" only to wait 5 minutes in an annoying line to be told you don't have it. So why are your shelves full of cases for it? Stop wasting our time. Have a sign up even that certain popular items are out. It's not that complicated."

Customer service is very poor. Also, the fact that they make you buy additional games/controllers to be able to buy a console is a rip off. Cant believe they get away with it. I ended up just walking out.

The staff were so helpful and nice, even though we were wandering around looking at everything and didnt realize they were supposed to be closed 15 minutes ago. I wish they were allowed to say something about closing because we work retail too and felt just awful. Really appreciate the kind service, but employees' time is valuable too!

They have more focus on carrying toys than they do video games. Always sold out" of new releases unless you pre-order weeks in advance. Save the frustration and just go to BestBuy"

We bought a battleship game at Christmas time 2021 and didn't open the box until May 2022 . We bought the game to put in the RV. It came with no pegs, so beware. Make sure all the pieces are with anything you buy from this store and open the box right away. Tried to take it back they couldn't help us , understandably to long of time had passed.
