Carlitos Pizza
Very upset with the service. Ordered the Family combo ( will attach a photo) but did not receive the poutine. So I called back the next day and was told that it did not include poutine even though the menu clearly states that it does. Was told it is a salad or poutine option, though the menu does not state that. Wasn't given any solutions and was hung up on. not impressed, disappointed because food was good.

We went in twice in one week. Both times the service and food was good. Some of the items that we ordered were Pepperoni and Matt's (spicy) Pizza, House, Ceasar and Roasted Veggie salads, regular poutine and a donair.

We needed a quick & filling dinner in Banff and Carlitos did the trick.We (4 people)had the Special & #8 pizzas. These were tasty & filled us up.It's at the end of Banff Ave. away from downtown, so no wait and easy.

I haven’t had fish and chips this way before . The whole fish was done and not as strips. The salad was ok . The fish was delish.

Pizza was good, fresh and good tasting ingredients. A positive note on the straws, they were of compostable materials.Some opportunities:- Only one person/waiter, serving, therefore took a little longer than expected.- We were only offered refills once we were done and ready to leave/paying (I did not want/need it by then)- Straws were not wrapped, and were handpicked by the waiter (even though he did not touch the ends)- AMEX is not accepted

Pizza tastes great but SUPER small portions for $$$$. We bought a large and small pizza and large Greek salad. It came to $56. The large" pizza was more like small-medium. The small was individual size. The salad did not fill the takeout container. Photos for reference. Note the paper towel roll beside the large pizza. I will say that the restaurant sent us another salad when we called to complain."

Even though it’s a pizzeria, Poutines we’re the reason we came here. And they tasted really good : Galvaude and Smoked meat. Not a fan of the Maple cake (too heavy and sweet). With the cold weather outside, they packaged well enough the meals to prevent from getting cold too fast while outside.

The pizza was excellent. It was very fresh with a tasty hand made crust (even though they got the toppings we selected wrong). The Caesar salad was fine, just lettuce in a bowl basically. Quiet little place in Banff inside the Banff Inn. Waiter was very nice. Would definitely return for the pizza!

Called in for an early evening meal as we'd walked for ages and skipped lunch. Empty when we arrived (unsurprising as it opened at 5pm and we sat outside waiting for it to open!). We were greeted at the door fairly quickly (considering, they had literally just opened and were in the process of setting everything up. Seating was varied with a choice of low tables, high benches and standard dining tables (nice to have a choice) and menus were delivered promptly. There are also signs on the walls, showing options. Prices were reasonable. They also had San Pellegrino drinks which are generally hard to find.Hubby ordered pizza and I decided that I needed to try the best poutine outside Montreal". I'm not a lover of stodgy foods generally
