Jeff F. was our inspector, he was very prompt and responsive while responding to our requests and concerns before the inspection day via email. The service included property inspection and sewer scope(additional cost). During the inspection he was thorough and we were surprised at the level of professionalism and detail at which he was capturing the deficiencies. After the inspection was complete, he promptly gathered the data and prepared a slide show for us and helped us evaluate deficiencies.We received a well written report within a few hours after we left the property.We would definitely recommend Jeff, he is prompt, approachable and knowledgeable.

Jeff did a home inspection on our new house before we finalized the purchase. Prior to the inspection we found his schedule was very flexible and he was available to answer any questions we had.
