Great location & service. No issues with the location. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. My reason for the 4 star is because of the difficulty in finding the gas guage estimator in the contract that U-haul states to use. It should be there right upfront since everyone has to refill. Should even be a fuel guage estimator card in glove compartment. Not buried in their contract.

Didn't have the vehicle available that I reserved well in advance. Didn't bother to think to inform me I was driving a half hour to come pick up a vehicle that wasn't there. The reservation receipt I had in hand stated that my reservation was guaranteed.I then had to wait another 40 minutes while they scrambled to find a replacement. I ended up with a cargo van when I reserved a pick up truck. It didn't suit the material I was trying to move at all and made my move more difficult. Not to mention I could have rented a cargo van at a local u haul which would have saved me 60 some kilometers at $0.69 per kilometer.My rental was supposed to be for 24 hours from 10 AM Saturday to 10 AM Sunday. I woke up on Sunday morning to a voicemail informing me that I had to have the cargo van back by 9 AM as another customer was waiting for it. Because of their own screw up and disorganization I was nearly an hour late getting out of there with my incorrect rental the previous morning. That time should have been logged on my rental agreement, but of course it wasn't and they had the balls to call me the next morning and wanted it back at 22 hours instead of the 24 hours that I paid for.Would not recommend this location again. And their parking lot is brutal. The potholes are nuts. Get it together U Haul

Ordered online in advance to pick up a vehicle which was confirmed and told me to be guaranteed from the online store.On my way there, 10 minutes before my scheduled time, I received a call to tell me there were none available. I was not given any alternate options and did not receive any follow-up through the day or at all. I did not get a vehicle and was left to move my items with my own vehicle. I don't recommend this location.

Worst customer service! U-haul refused to give me truck that I've scheduled because it was conflicting with other reservation. Last thing I've heard after all the conversation was that I should leave because it was 5:10pm and they close at 5pm. Second time I needed U-hauls service and second time it didn't work.

Great place. You will find all your moving supplies here. They are the best in the city. The owner is very professional and kindness. Amazing staff. I recommend them highly. Efficient, reasonable, and respectful.
