I heard Tire Lands ad on the radio and thought to give them a try as i got 5 other quotes for tires. I called Alyssa (hope i spelt that correct) she was amazing. Very friendly, professional and sincere. Shot me a quote for tires i wanted and was still $150 cheaper then any other shop in Lethbridge. One of the reason for the 5 stars is the morning of my appointment she called to inform me that my tires went to a different shop and apologized. She offered me a better grade tire for the same price i was quoted. That right there got my business for life. I will also be sending friends and family there for all their automotive needs! Thank you again!!!!

We are from Edmonton and had car troubles in Lethbridge. Unsure of where to go, I took a chance on Auto Worx. I called and they got me in to look at my truck within an hour. Once I was there, they quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair and clear price. They told me my truck would be done in an hour and me and my dog were welcome to stay and wait.The truck was done right on time and is running perfectly now.Staff and mechanics are super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. Easiest and most efficient service I have ever received on a vehicle.

On route from BC to Sask. and had some problems with a spring on a utility trailer. Mike got the spring back in place right away for me then suggested I go to maxim muffler to get a clamp to make sure it stays in place. Lost 1/2 an hour in a 14 hour trip.Thanks Mike, really appreciate your help!

Diagnosed, and repaired my car all in a couple hours. I'm usually not too happy when I have to pay upwards of $300 but they made it as painless as it could be. I'll be back for future work, thanks Auto WorxEdit: car had another problem, brought her into auto worx, they took good care, got the problem sorted, and even though they had troubles with it, they still only charged me the quoted price. Very honest mechanic, and one of the best prices I find in town whenever I need work done. I usually call around for quotes, and auto Worx always has a great price. Their great staff and coffee are a bonus too. I'll be looking your way the next time my little tiburon has a problem. Thanks guys!

Very trustworthy! Was told by a dealership that my heat sensor needed to be replaced. Auto Worx took a look and discovered the wire was loose. Have had a lot of work done there and I've always been very happy.

The customer service was amazing. I called in just to price out their tires but ended up making a purchase right away as their price was the best in town even cheaper than Costco for the exact same tires - I was looking for Continental Extremecontact DSW06 or the Michellin Pilot AS 3+ for 19inch and they beat EVERYWHERE in town (after calling literally all the tire shops in lethbridge) in terms of price.
