First-class experience - easy ordering online; I accidentally set different delivery dates for the different plants I'd selected, which they called to confirm - easy to clear up; delivery was made the next day despite the expected snowstorm right before Christmas. Plants arrived perfectly packaged and in gorgeous shape - all happy and healthy (Song of India Dracaena, Christmas cactus, and Lemon Lime Maranta - I was so happy to see these special plants in their catalogue and at this time of year). Excellent product and customer service!!

The absolutely incredible and knowledgeable staff that helps with all of your plant needs as well as the quality, selection and competitive prices make this store the best in the city.

Ordered for my partner for Valentine's Day with one of their sets with preferences for the arrangement colour palette and plant choice and they completely exceeded my expectations! Super friendly and great service, requested a custom standard seasonal arrangement for Mother’s Day and my Mom loved it!! I appreciated their transparency with price range options too if you’re working within a set budget. Stunning bouquet and it was nice to watch the flowers bloom throughout the week. Highly recommend :)

Such a gorgeous space for plants and flowers. Stunning flower arrangements, I'm blown away every time. They've got a great selection of houseplants including rare plants! Lots of nice pots and candles too. My go-to spot for gifts and sprucing up my home.

A very helpful staff helped me making a bouquet once I informed my budget, purpose and preferred colour scheme. It was beautiful and she wrapped it nicely with a consideration that it had to sit at my place overnight. She gave me some tips how to keep it fresh, and price was reasonable.I browsed other plants while she was wrapping, and thought of purchasing a plant, but expressed my concern if it is toxic for cat. She immediately ran an online search for me and let me know that it was. As a result, I gave up on it, but will definitely come back because this store cares about their customers. Generous, informative and reliable.
