Lisa Kraiger (Travel Agent Owner) was phenomenal. Whydham Alltra Playa Del Carmen was a lovely property. Beautiful rooms, great staff and incredible spa. A la Carte Restaurants were great. Pools were beautiful. Sea Weed however was horrible on the beach.
