Everyone I have spoken to and who has helped me with the purchase of my new skis and bindings has been fantastic. Jordan was a big help in deciding what to buy, and Mike has stepped up since to organize everything else. He has gone above and beyond by getting my bindings mounted quickly and has even arranged to have my skis delivered to me at the mountain. I can't recommend Mountain Lifestyle enough. Thanks guys!

Due to air travel delays, I wasn’t going to make it before the store closed and I had to start early the next morning before the store opened for a work trip. Mike offered to come in early to allow me to pick up ski touring rental equipment. Great customer service! Good gear, worked well for what I needed! Thanks Mike, you were a life saver!

Seriously? Have you been here before? Why would you go anywhere else? Stop complaining about bad customer service elsewhere. You have options and Mountain Lifestyle is the place to go. Mike, Jordan, Eli…….. Take your pick. Great selection. Good pricing. Wicked customer service and on the way to the mountain. Check ‘em out. You won’t be disappointed.

This will be my go-to ski shop forever more if the service levels are as good as they were last week. My husband and I went in there prior to Christmas to look for new skiis for him. Although they were very busy they were quick to acknowledge us, patience with our questions, extremely knowledgeable and even helped me with a binding issue I was having on my own skiis with no additional fee. We ended up buying a few extra items there as well as new skiis due to the impeccable service. Keep up the great job. Both the young man and his senior were friendly and professional and this will keep me a loyal customer.

I rented E Bikes from Mountain Lifestyle Outlet. Had the most amazing time spending my 50th Birthday riding through South East Kelowna, touring Winery's. This is a must whether you are local or visiting the Okanagan. The staff go out of their way to accomodate requests, the equipment is in top notch condition, and customer service is 5+ stars. Secure your rentals and see the Okanagan in all its beauty.

Spoke to Mike over the phone to order a pair of skis at closing late last week. He installed bindings, sent me photos, and had them shipped out the very next morning. The skis arrived at my door after only 4 business days. Super happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to order from Mountain Lifestyle again.

Best place to visit before any outdoor activity. I always get my ski tuned here before season but they also great summer hiking and biking gear.
