Victoria Naumov Dental Office

Victoria is the best Doctor in Ontario. I trust my kids only to her. She is amazing with kids, my kids never afraid to go for check up or for treatment, they are always calm in Victoria's chair. My son broke his 2 front teeth when he was 5 years old, Victoria had built his teeth so accurately, you would never tell that teeth were broken. Now he is 17, teeth are still there. Thank you Victoria. We moved from Toronto 12 years ago to Niagara, but Victoria is still our doctor . Highly recommend.

The five stars is for DR Naumov, i have been going to her for a few years now, she is the best dentist I have been to so far. My whole family sees her as well, she tries to save your teeth instead of charging you for unnecessary surgeries. This isnt the type of office you go into and are welcomed with a big smile, but Im ok with it as long as the doctor does her job and well.I have seen the hygienist (asian lady) one time before for a (10min) cleaning, and I have been going somewhere else for my cleanings since then... that is all Im going to say in this review in her regard.Overall, I would say Dr Naumov does an excellent job, even though I always get another opinion for big jobs, I do trust her expertise the most.

Dr. Naumov is the most caring, honest, gentle and professional dentist I’ve been to, my family and I travel from out of town for her services. She is a perfectionist and takes time to explore all treatment options and explains every procedure in detail.

Great dentists office! Staff calls 2-3 days prior your appointment to make sure you can make it. Had my semi-annual cleaning appointment with Corinna for years now and haven't had a cavity since! Dr. Naumov is very professional as well & addresses issues quickly.

These guys are using word charge" more often than they use word "thank you"

My family is coming to Dr. Naumov for decades for now. We brought here the third generation here. Dr. Victoria is absolutely amazing and professional. We never had any issues with the doctor or any office stuff. She was so nice with our kid that little one doesn't scare of the dentist at all.

All of my family are patients of dr Victoria and her team. She is super professional, always on time, polite, never tried to do unnecessary work. Karina, who is doing all dental cleaning, is really good, very cautious and gentle with your teeth. Would definitely recommend this dentist and office for anyone.

I couldn't make it in to my appointment first thing on Monday morning so the receptionist thought it would be a good idea to spam call and text me from her own PERSONAL phone, NOT the clinic phone. The text that she sent me was a series of interrogations as to the reason why I couldn't make it in the morning. I continued to explain to her that my phone number is confidential information and it is not for her to save in her phone to personally contact me from. IT IS ILLEGAL. She then told me that it's her birthday today and she would have rather gotten a few hours of extra sleep in the morning than to show up to work to a cancelled appointment. LOL. Unprofessional as ever. Safe to say I won't be going in ever. If the clinics dentist wants the conversation to see the employees she has hired at her clinic then I'll be more than happy to provide.
