Kurt is professional and prompt with his response. We had a sewage back up on a holiday and couldn’t find anyone to solve the issue. Kurt came as promised and did a great job. I would highly recommend Kurt’s services.

Kurt is our main plumber for our business TGA Design and Build....we do renovations, additions and custom builds.... Kurt is a very knowledgeable plumber and we have never had a problem. He’s the first one to bring potential issues arise and can fix almost any issue. Prices are competitive and service is great. Kurt’s communication is 10/10 which in my opinion is one of the most important traits in any sub trade we use.I would recommend Bench Mechanical to any home owner or builder.

Kurt has become our go-to for our plumbing needs. Recently we had to replace our reverse osmosis under-sink water filtration system. Kurt did the research and found, recommended and replaced the system. We appreciated his advice and found he was prompt and professional including follow-up.

Over the years our water pressure has decreased substantially. It would take 30 minutes to fill the washing machine and you couldn't have two taps on at the same time as you would have only a trickle of water. Bench Mechanical came to our rescue!! Kurt took one look at the pipes in the basement and immediately found the issue with some galvanized fittings. He ripped out all the old piping and replaced with new. Three fittings were almost totally rusted closed, one was down to a pin hole. Kurt was so amazing, knowledgeable, very professional, courteous, determined to fix the issue and he did just that! There's no lack of water pressure now, steady stream all through the house. Thank you Bench Mechanical for your excellent service, workmanship and very fair pricing. We would highly recommend your services to anyone that needs any plumbing work done!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Bench Mechanical. We had Kurt and his crew install our shower and sink a few years ago. Loved working with him because he's honest, fair and kind and made me feel like he truly wanted to make sure we had the best quality install possible. We now have a different issue; our stack has split open and Kurt is helping us with that which we're currently in the process of. While he was here diagnosing the problem he noticed our toilet was making a noise and he took the time to diagnose that problem too and told my handy husband what he could do to fix it himself as it was a small fix. I appreciate that Kurt isn't the kind of person to try and rip us off. I trust him and his expertise and would recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Kurt installed a back-up sump pump after I had experienced basement flooding, a few times over the past couple of years, whenever we had experienced high volumes of rain. He was quick to provide an estimate and completed the job in a few hours . He was professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I have not had a problem with water in my basement since! I highly recommend his service .

We really enjoyed our experience working with Kurt! He provided many excellent suggestions for our kitchen renovations and helped us to solve some challenges. He replaced our gas stove connection and installed our dishwasher and kitchen faucet. The quality and neatness of the work was noted throughout the process to completion. Bench mechanical recently completed the installation fixtures and fittings for my new kitchen. My husband was extremely pleased on the quality and neatness of the pipework and Kurt also provided guidance and recommendations on how to get around some challenges. I was really happy overall!
