Amazing service . Outfits arrived when they were supposed too. They took their time with us to go over each individual outfit until we were satisfied with the customization. Every time we would go to the store they made us feel welcome!I would highly recommend. Very hard to find good customer service these days !

Amazing experience at this store, one of the best here in payal business centre as they listened to all inquiries and delivered exceptionally. The assistance from the gentleman at the store while designing a custom piece made it a lot easier with professionals help. Highly recommend for any indian clothing you come here.

I have ordered several outfits for my wedding, both for myself and guests, and Fashion Point has been amazing. Very welcoming, they offer great advice/recommendations, and have amazing outfits! 100% recommend.

They could work on their customer service. The lady at the store is passive and likes to blame you for their mistakes. Instead of a simple acknowledgment, she was arguing and had a sour attitute the whole time. Very amiable when they're taking the payment, condescending when actually have to provide the service.

I recently purchased 2 outfits from this place and was extremely pleased with their service and the quality of the outfits. The alterations were done promptly and very well. I plan on going back to this place for my future purchases and have recommended my friends and relatives to check out their place as well. Overall this place was much better than any other stores I have been into. The owners are beyond amazing and went above and beyond to help me!

I went yesterday to this store, and I saw a dress that I like on a mannequin. I wanted to try the Lehenga (worth ~$700), that's why I asked a concerned person for that, and they told me that if I am gonna surely buy it then only I can allow me to try the dress else they won't allow me to try it. I don't understand without trying how can i be so sure about spending $700 Lehenga.
