Came in for an oil change on my '07 dodge ram. Extremely professional. Cost me less than $150.00 and was done in under a half hour. Gave me a few tips on my engine as well. These guys are awesome. I'd definitely recommend to anyone.

Very professional. Had a technician by the name of Eric who was very informative with my car's engine type and told me some things to monitor now that my car is getting high in milage. I was seen right away and left with a good experience.

The worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. They just mansplain and are super condescending and tell you things you didn’t come to hear. Just change my oil.

I went here about a year ago. The tech came to me with a drain plug that was scarred from the top thread to the bottom thread, deep, nothing that could be done accidentally. I know this plug wasn't like this because I was the last one to change my oil. I had to buy a new plug from them at an astronomical price. I changed my oil the next time and the plug they put in wasn't even the proper fit. These places pay commission for upselling and are known for fraudulent sales practices. You can get an oil change by a certified mechanic for less.

My oil light came on and I had to drive to Grand Rapids, Michigan, the next day. The service was spectacular! They checked my oil level, and topped it off, and it was really low! They also filled my washer and coolant fluids, and checked my tires. And I wasn’t charged a thing!! Thanks so much Jiffy Lube!!!!!! ♥️
