Wanda was very responsive via email and as we are from out of town, was very accommodating with our appointment time for pick up and drop off. The dogs spent just over a week at the kennel and seemed like they had a good time. The check in / out process was efficient and the facilities were clean and organized. I definitely recommend this kennel.

We wanted to give a higher review because the young guy that did the intake was really nice, but unfortunately the enclosures where the dogs reside for the duration of their stay is not - they were very dark, dreary and small. We expected larger dog runs and we were very disappointed to see that there was only a rusty chain link for each dog to look out through. It occurred to us later there were no actual photos of the dog suites posted by Uplands Kennels; only ones of the entire property, so it's definitely deceiving. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our pup there, so we didn't.
