Had the best experience purchasing a wedding gown here! The staff is extremely friendly and their selection is incredible. I cannot wait for my dress to come in! Thank you to all of the staff who helped me find the gown of my dreams!

amazing amazing amazing!!! I bought my wedding dress, my adult flower girls, my mother in law, my mom and my 4 bridesmaids dresses here. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience. Everyone that works there is SO nice, SO helpful, and just makes you feel SO COMFORTABLE. 10/10, totally recommend and STUNNING dresses.They don’t rush you to leave, they don’t pressure you to buy anything, they are just a perfect place to purchase your dream dress, or any dress for any event.

Yesterday, I came across The Royal Bridal Boutique as I was on the J'adore website and it said the store carried the brand which is a budget friendly line of beautiful dresses. My wedding is in less than 12 days (oops) and I am on a limited budget. Rosa helped me out and listened to what I was looking for. She had me try on some different options to get a feel for what worked and what didn't work (different shapes, materials, etc) with my body type and even showed me how a dress could look with some minor alterations. Rosa was so kind, patient, and attentive throughout and didn't pressure me at any point. The other ladies who worked there were also super sweet and funny. It didn't feel stuffy or snobby which is the vibe some bridal stores give off. I wanted my Mom to be able to come in and see it so Rosa kindly put the dress aside for me. My Mom (and Dad) came with me this morning and after my mom shed some tears of joy, we purchased the dress. They even convinced me (the anti-bride, bride) to ring their say yes" bell! Thank you again to Rosa and all the kind ladies for being understanding

Couldn’t recommend this bouquet more! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful.Alexis, Rosa and the entire staff helped me find the dress of my dreams and made my dress shopping such a wonderful experience! They assisted me with putting on/off the dresses, gave me great recommendations, tips and tricks and made my family feel so welcoming. I tried on dresses I never thought I could pull off but they knew I could and gave me such the courage too! They got me out of my comfort zone and it was an amazing experience.They have so many dresses I swear I tried on every single one lol! I honestly could not have been more happy and grateful that I got my dress for this boutique and I can not wait to walk down the aisle with it on! 10000 times recommended!!!!!

Horrible experience. I have been to 6 different appointments all around the GTA and Barrie and this was by far the worst experience.I drove all the way from Barrie because they said, over the phone, that they have similar dresses to the Aire Barcelona dress I had in mind. Their website does not reflect what they have in store and they said I should come in to see the dresses in person. I dragged my poor sister along with me to this appointment only to have two staff ladies pull me from two different directions to show me styles completely the opposite of what I had in mind...overwhelming and confusing.In the 90 minutes appointment I could only find 3 that were a little close to my taste and we were done in 40 minutes. They also don't use clamps to fix the fit of the samples on you. They used pins and the lady who was helping" me poked me with the needle a couple of times.They also said they'll call me to see if they can bring in the Aire Barcelona dress I wanted...never called.Photographs are also not allowed

Such an Amazing experience! The nicest and sweetest staff who actually listen to what you want and are super accommodating. Anna and Grace go above and beyond. Everyone was super helpful, kind, and caring.The dresses are gorgeous and they really listened to what style I was going for and was able to customize it to how I wanted.Very thankful for all of them. Highly recommend!

This was the absolute Bridal experience and we definitely have to thank our consultant Anna for listening and taking her experience to pull a dress my daughter wasn’t really thinking of but it was absolutely beautiful and sophisticated, and which lead to us saying yes to the dress. Would highly recommend going here to be treated like a true bride from the moment we walked in and congratulated her, never received this kind of service anywhere else. Just an added note we came from David’s Bridal 2 mins away which we had an appointment and were extremely disappointed, so we called from there to see if the could fit us in and they did. We thank you again Anna for making this experience amazing.

I just bought my dress from The Royal Bridal Boutique! I had an amazing experience. I initially came across their boutique at Canada's Bridal Show. I loved their fashion show and knew that I had to visit! Alexia gave me their card and I stopped by to see them today with my entourage. Both Cathy and Alexia were sooo amazing to work with. They listened to my vision and requirements and were a dream team. I'm so incredibly happy with the dress I chose and recommend them to any bride. Thank you so much for making my first AND only bridal appointment so memorable and successful ❤️

Absolutely the best experience. As soon as I walked in you can tell the level of selection and detail variation on the bridal dresses was top notch. The staff was beyond helpful and knowledgeable on all things bridal. Cathy was my stylist and she did an expectation job at tailoring the dress right before my eyes so I could see how it would look with the minor detail changes I wanted (linings and straps). Both Cathy and Grace went above and beyond to make this as fun and stress free as possible! I ended up saying YES to the dress with their help. Highly recommend this boutique. Thank you!
