From a day in the life.Real estate agents assist people through the process of buying, selling and renting land, homes, offices and other properties. In addition to staying current with real estate regulations and trends, real estate agents are tasked with a multitude of daily duties and responsibilities, from lead generation and marketing, to open houses and property closings.This may be the official definition.. HOWEVER...Real Estate Agent TANNIS ANDREJCIN of ReMax Signature Properties, is much more than this definition. She’s not only defined by the duties and obligations of her profession. Tannis is; Honest, Caring, Compassionate, Understanding, Kind, Respectful, Trustworthy and much much more.. At a difficult time she softened the impact, ensuring the right decisions were made.In a market saturated with homes for sale, she had her work cut out for her....she’d been talking with us for months before the papers were signed... On a Thursday night at 8:30 after working all day, attending meetings to help be a voice for the future residents and seeing to her father in the hospital, she came to write up our house..She treated us with dignity, compassion and words of wisdom..she’s so good at that!!!The sign went on the lawn the next morning, Friday, at 9am... From that Friday on there were showings everyday, an open house, realtors walk thru and on the 9th day we had an offer and SOLD the house!!!The next day she was showing potential replacement properties, an offer was made and accepted!!!In 12 days she sold our home and sealed the deal on a replacement!!!Everyone was shocked to see the SOLD sign on the lawn.. And they’ve all asked... HOW DID YOU DO IT?!!The answer is TANNIS....
