CAA Store - Burlington

Very nicely appointed store and friendly, efficient staff. We went to this location to purchase International Driver's Permits and had no problems getting them issued in person. It was very busy the day we went, but staff moved quickly to get through the line of people.

Great caa perk to have the store. Lots of good travel related items and at good prices. Staff have always been very helpful with trip planning, membership issues and sales.

As a member I am impressed with the services offered

Cindy was fantastic when she helped me renew my CAA membership..she was very courteous and professional.

It’d be great if it was open on weekends or after work hours. Should’ve been open for Family Day for sure…

Lots of neat travel accessories, friendly helpful staff, plenty of parking.

Update:Went there again to get our international driver license. The lady who helped us was much better than when last I visited 5 years ago. But we didn’t ask about anything related to membership so I added a couple of stars back for the improvement.******************************Very unfriendly as soon as they knew you are not a member. Didn't even attempt to be nice to get you to become a member. I work in customer services and sometimes you will have to cross the line a little to earn a client. A little effort and time spend especially there's no other clients at the store definitely can get more clients into your store. The one in Oakville able to give us quotes and even CAA at toll free call centre were willing to do it. I would have come back, join CAA and rent a car if they were willing to take this one simple step. Sorry. Not coming here again.Update:Call CAA call centre right after getting out of the store got a quote for what I need without a membership. (Note: the quote wasn't locked down but at least I get a number to work with for my trip.) She left her extension for me to call back if I want to use their service and will direct me to the membership team to sign up as well. That's what great service is. She's from the Thornhill location. After talking to my boyfriend, we'll definitely sign up and get the rental from them instead. I will be calling her from now on.

Just had a battery die on me - fortunately in a parking ;lot. James helped a lot on the phone in helping me figure out what to do. And Rod, from Classics Towing, was excellent. Professional, skilled, and when he saw how anxious I was, a gentle sense of humour. Glad we have CAA Plus! Thanks guys!

So the rating is for them. If you want the absolute HIGHEST quote then contact MIB !!!AGAIN THIS IS NOT FOR CAA...ITS FOR MIB!!Don't waste your time!!!"

I’ve been going to CAA for years now. The staff at this location are always helpful and the service has always been fast. So many great travel products to pick from as well.
