Sutra Spices

I am so happy to have been introduced to Sutra Spices. This is a local gem, but Paul and Pari helped me bring my friends together from all over Canada, and from the US. Their kits were shipped (and arrived very quickly), and then we all came together for a virtual cooking class! We had SO much fun learning how to make Indian food properly. The spices were so fresh, and we learned how to cook so that the flavours really popped. An Indian restaurant meal doesn't even measure up to what we made last weekend. Our Sutra Spices hosts were so personable, clear, lots and lots of FUN, and most generous with their time. The bonus is that their packaging is minimal, but very visually appealing. Cannot recommend this enough, and I will most definitely be doing this again with another group soon!

I absolutely love the spice kits! They make it easy to make amazing Indian food in your own home. Their virtual cooking classes are an absolute blast, so personable and fun as well as being educational. The spice kits come with a recipe and guidance as well, but I highly recommend doing at least 1 of them as a virtual cooking class so you get to follow along with the pros. It is also so fun to connect with friends and family across the country and cook a meal together.
