great selection but poor customer service. my dad got yelled at just for taking his phone out of his pocket! staff was not very friendly. it was my first and probably my last time purchasing here. i would rather go to artbox or pay shipment fees rather than dealing with rude staff.

I am from Alberta, where there is little to none kpop shops. I am so happy to have found a store that covers almost all/if not all of kpop and for a great price! This store really impressed me with their quick shipping, I placed an order on oct 15 and received my package on the 19! With only expedited shipping, usually shipping from out of my province takes longer even with express. I would also like to thank the staff who packed my order, they really blessed me with all my pulls <3 This shop will definitely be my friends, family and mines go to!

Great store. The workers were so friendly and if you are looking for albums this is a great place to go. The other day I went to Walmart to get an album and it was 70$ luckily it was on sale but still 70$ then I went to this store and I got two amazing albums, photos, pop sockets, and a lanyard for 80$

I'm just wondering if you guys have the straykids maxident album?? I'm looking straykids albums so I'm just wondering havent been there yet.

I've been coming here to buy albums ever since I was in high school and the sales ladies are super sweet and hard working- especially when the store is usually ran by the 2 of them (sometimes 3).They post social media updates whenever new albums come in or when other albums get restocked along with when they're taking preorders for upcoming merch/albums too.Sure, everything costs a lot, but I personally think it's worth it. It's much better than ordering albums online!

I've been getting most of my Kpop albums/merch here for years and I have never encountered any problems since. The staff is always very kind and helpful. Whether I pre-order items or make a purchase during my visit, I'm always satisfied in the end. Thank you so much for helping supply Kpop fans all these years!

Although I’ve faced some issues with ordering through KR before, their employees have always been INCREDIBLY helpful and super kind. I don’t want to make this sound like I’m calling them out, because every store has issues sometimes, it’s in how they always handle it that keeps me supporting them. I cannot stress enough how accommodating and helpful the employees are. I have never been dissatisfied with a KR order, and I’m definitely going to continue ordering through them.

I've been shopping here over a decade now.I was overjoyed originally just to find a store in my city that actually carries Kpop albums and merch.The staff are great and they always get new releases in a timely fashion.I've had them special order numerous items from them and never had an issue.Highly recommended.

Fakes BTS phototcardsI’m super disappointed with today’s purchase. I’ve been going to buy merch from their store for the past few months and everything was sold at a reasonable price. Today, it was my first time buying albums from them. I bought three BTS albums from them: young forever, wings and LYS tear. I spent well over a hundred dollars only coming the to realization the photo cards were fake. I have the real photocards to compare them to. I got V in the wings album and the photo card was way off the real one: it was thin, pixelated, and the colours weren’t right. I got jhope for tear, but the card was thin and not the right colour. In the photo, the one on the left was bought from the bighit shop. (Jin) the one on the right was from kr multimedia. you can tell the lettering was not was white and bold and the jhope card was a bit thinner than jins. but I can’t be sure if this actually fake or not. As for YF, the photo card was actually fine. They have a sign in their store that says “no exchange or refund on missing phototcards.” I always found that kinda suspicious. After I bought the albums, they never gave me receipt for my 100+ dollar purchase. I can’t say the same for the other albums but 1 or 2/3 of the BTS albums I bought today had fake phototcards. The albums were real however. I still feel uneasy about today’s purchase and felt defeated. I spent over $500 in that store total. I wish I asked for the receipt so I can return these. But since I’ve come to this store for so long, I’m going to give this store another chance. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again.Edit for some reason it didn’t let me add the photos but hopefully you understand what I’m trying to say
