The food is ok but the server’s manner always disappoint us. Also, they are always after the tip you gave with their rude servers. We are a family of 4 and my youngest child is just like 3 years old sitting there but not eating. It’s just accompanying us because we want to eat. The server told us that we need to give a 15% tip when we pay otherwise she said we are not allowed to eat inside. How rude and sarcastic is She? A tip is not mandatory but they seems to be after it every time they serve you. Luck of customer service. If there’s a zero star then I will give zero to my review.

I've had chicken from Ogam many times across years and consistently, I'm always happy with the quality of my meals. The fries are actually very flavourful and fresh. The chicken flavouring is balanced. I usually try to order something different each time so I can gradually get through their entire menu. In the photo below are the soy garlic bites and the cheese mayo fries! They make a great sharing snack, too!

Overall the food that we ordered was very good. It's fried chicken, and you can't go wrong with that, top it with the different varieties of sauce that they have, and it was so much better. It's not a place where you can hang out and have long conversations. Price wise, it's, of course, it's more expensive than your usual fried chicken place. The location is not that big, which is understandable. Try this place and you will know why others like it.

The chicken was perfectly fried crispy and the creamy garlic sauce made it more tasty.The bibimbap though needs a bit more meat for me and a sunny side up instead of the egg yolk only.

The food was delicious(creamy garlic chicken is a must) and good portion. The staff are nice. One of the best korean resto in town. *Need to present Covid vaccine passport together with ID for dine-in.*

Great service! We enjoyed the crispy chicken dinner a lot on a Wednesday early night. Because there were 9 of us, we were sitting at the corner and it was a bit quieter. We were lucky to get seated by 6pm as it started to be quite busy by 7pm. Food was great and the hospitality was especially helpful. We bought an ice cream cake for my mom’s birthday. The waitress said it was the first time customers did that. Interesting. We were worried that the shop might not allow us to have the birthday cake there, but she was very nice and offered us plates and forks and a knife with a smile. We enjoyed our dinner there.
