I called Nathan for advice and referral to a surrogate friendly life insurance policy and he was amazing, giving me free information that I didn't already know, and providing me with the name and number of someone who can provide relevant insurance. He was calm and well spoken and informative.

My wife called this morning and this is what happened to her. A man answered the phone yelling NATHAN HOW CAN I HELP YOU" - and she was very confused and said "...is this the fertility clinic" and the man continued to be hyper and said YES what can I help you with" and continued motor-mouthing while my wife was CRYING. Explaining to him that she has head 4 miscarriages and a death with our latest baby being stillborn. Nathan refused to stop talking and belittling my wife - cutting her off - and then he proclaimed that THIS ISN'T THE PLACE FOR YOU because she asked to speak to someone else - and e yelled at her saying he was the owner. She asked for his full name and he refused to give it to her and hung up. She called back and it was on his voicemail (Nathan Chan). We are reporting this mistreatment and ABUSE to Alberta Health (On the phone with them now filing a report as I type). This is disgusting and I cannot believe how this "man" treated my crying wife searching for help. Disgusting! I will be letting the clinics we are apart of know this is how they treated us and asking them to remove this company from their recommendations list. We have also contacted a Lawyer in regards to this digesting treatment and abuse received. THIS IS NOT OKAY AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW HOW THE "BUSINESS OWNER NATHAN CHAN" treats crying women looking for help."

Nathan has such a wealth of knowledge and was able to clearly and honestly answer all of the questions I had about becoming an egg donor / surrogate. His group is a community of surrogates, egg donors and intended parents who all support and understand each other.

Worked with proud fertility a few times and couldn't have been more pleased with the outstanding satisfaction. Amazing team of individuals who are proud in their work.
